I took my female to have an x-ray to see how many pups she had. It is super convenient not having to make an appointment & just letting them know when you are there. Make sure you are there at least 40 minutes before closing. Also, without an appointment, you will have to wait a little longer to be seen. The nurse and doctor were spot on how many pups she had! Everyone was pleasant.

Our English Bulldog boy had bilateral cherry eyes that needed to be fixed. Our breeder recommended Dr. Becker at Independence Animal Hospital as he is experienced with the breed.

Dr. Becker did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond and even redid one of Newman’s eyes after it came back after surgery. I definitely recommend Independence Animal Hospital for anyone with an English Bulldog pup!

Very impressed with the level of care my pet has received here. They are incredibly busy yet never make you feel rushed in any way. Even showing up without an appointment they find a way to take care of you without a horrendous wait time. Obviously I recommend making an appointment, but in a pinch you can arrive before 3pm and they'll find a way to get you in to see someone. I'll continue to take my pet to this hospital in the future.

Crazy busy but customers and employees all seemed to be polite and friendly. I have taken my daughter’s dogs but it was the first time taking my 12 year old dog. Dr. West was very kind and professional!

If you call your family pet family, then bring them here.

After receiving terrible care for my sweet cat and spending $900 on comprehensive tests with no answer I came here on recommendation from a family friend and they were able to diagnose her within 10 minutes and sadly give me the bad news I was hoping to not receive. If i would have listened to this family friend in the first place I would've saved myself hundreds of dollars, lots of grief, and been able to properly prepare for the sad day.

Like a lot of reviews say, it's first come first serve which could be a lot of time and the rooms are smaller than most offices, but it's the best care I've received for my animals and you can tell they actually care. Very reasonable prices as well.

Dr. Becker is the best vet I've had the pleasure to talk to and reassured me that that none of what was wrong with my cat was my fault which I had been beating myself up over all week. Very straight to the point but very humane about the whole process and made sure to give our cat a steroid to make her last day manageable. He had double checked his work with Dr. Wingert and they both made me feel very comfortable handling my cat and giving her the best care on her last 2 days with us.

Dr. Skyler West and the vet tech Aimee grieved with us and made sure we had the proper time to say goodbye. The most human people I've ever talked to in the 20 years I've owned animals.

I understand being a vet is tough and not all testing will show what you're looking for, but these people deserve medals and raises for all the hard work they do everyday.

I love this place! They are amazing with my dogs!!! At a fair price too!!!

Love this place. They are definitely in it for the love of the animals. Very very affordable. You may have to wait because it's always packed. But it is most definitely worth the wait. Great care for my furry friend and very affordable. They also do walk-ins for nail trimming !

I have a 14 year old mix breed that's been unwell since Saturday night/Sunday morning, with vomiting, diarrhea and then bloody diarrhea. No appetite, very lethargic. After he kept throwing up the 'bland' diet of rice and chopped chicken I had given him, I was desperate to get him feeling better and fast.
I had to miss a day of work to hopefully get him seen by someone, all the while calling different vets offices, who all inevitably, had no openings that day. My regular vet was booked so that was a no go. I called Independence Animal Hospital on the suggestion of my husband, to hopefully get an appointment that same day. Get this... THEY ACCEPT WALK-INS UNTIL 3:00 PM!!!! Bingo!!!

I took my boy there ASAPabout 1030AM. The lot was full BUT in less than 45 minutes, Dr Scott had him checked out and headed home. He got my boy in so fast, gave him three shots and pills to take home! I was/am so very ecstatic!!!!

The prices were very reasonable for what they did. The staff, and there were a lot of them, were very helpful, friendly and on the ball.

The clinic is not fancy with lots of the bells and whistles that many have, but it is clean with a very large waiting room which is really nice if you want to sit away from others. The location is perfect!!

My dog was put to sleep here I will forever thank the vet staff for all the help that they tried doing saving my dog even though it was not possible I will forever bring my animals there because of that simple fact and also they only charged me for The Cremation of my dog instead of charging me for the whole visit which they could have I would have to say they're a pretty awesome team thank you guys

A bit of a wait but was well worth it for my big guy! I have a contract with another provider, I pay monthly for and the service we received today would of been hundreds of dollars at the other clinic. I paid a fraction of the price here, the personnel was great with him and explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely be my new go to for any and all needs

I was so worried as my pup had an injury and needed stitches. The IAH is always amazing! They were careful and wonderful for my pup and me! I am thankful to have such a great Veterinary service available for these unexpected, scary reasons, and for everyday things like annual shots and getting nails clipped. Everyone was amazing!

When I moved here 10 years ago I could not get a doctor that would work with me on my income. Doctor Rena has seen me through 4 dogs and always respects me.
And I entrust him with all my pets. His staff has always been professional and very respectful of me. Also in fact, I've made several referrals to his office and they like him too.

Been going here around 15 years now. Everyone there has always been great with our pets over the years. The older male vet Dr is our favorite.

We had to put our dog down and we decided to get him cremated. They were so good with my nine year old and helping him get through this. When we got his ashes back they were in a nice wooden hand carved box. We’ve taken all our pets there and they don’t overcharge or criticize. They just take care of their animals and they don’t price gouge you.

This place was amazing! I was up all night with my very sick cat and when morning came there was a ton of snow everywhere and more was coming down. Alot of places closed or did not open. This place was open and answered the phone I told them I had a very sick cat I was trying to get seen and they said bring her on in. I brought her and they looked at her and I explained I had to have the money sent to me to pay for it and was wondering what it would cost today. He added what he was gonna do up and he told me and I started to call about the money. It took me probably 20 or 30 mins to get the money but he went ahead and gave my cat an IV for fluids and gave her a shot and gave me a bottle of medicine to give to her. All while I was trying to get the money. They were never rude or unkind at all. I really appreciate everything that he did for my baby. She is only alive today because of him. Thank you so much!! I recommend EVERYONE to come here. It is the best place I have been!

I have been going here for some time love it they take the best care of my dolly have seen all of the doctors and staff they have so much compassion for the animals will never go anywhere else you guys are the best!!!!!

I have used this clinic for years. I absolutely love them! The staff is always quick with responses and they have always found a way to get us seen when needed. I will continue to use them as our vet as long as they are around!!!

Dr. Wingert and staff didn't give up and nursed our Teddy back to health. He came in very sick and it wasn't looking good. They were able to turn his health around within a week. Independence Animal Hospital prices are reasonable and the staff genuinely cares for the pets well being. Teddy was treated like he was their own. Thank you for giving us more time with him and we couldn't be more grateful!

Absolutely the best place to take your Furbabies to. Professional and courteous staff. They site a deep love for all animals.

After my dog was hit by a car. I called so many vet offices to have her treated. I knew her leg was broken. I couldn't get any help from any other vet that I had called.
I had never been to Independence Animal Hospital. Not only did they get me right in, they treated her and for no extra charge they kept her overnight to observe her. Outstanding service. I will never go elsewhere.
