We had to rent out our house after we received orders to move suddenly and IPM was recommended to us by a friend. Matt and his staff took care of EVERYTHING for us when it came to preparing the house to rent out and got us a tenant within a month!

I can’t say enough good things about how these people took a huge load off of our mind in a very short time and I would highly recommend them
To anyone that has a property that needs managing.

IPM was very helpful in assisting me finding a place. The staff is professional and answered all my questions. With the little issues I found afterwards with the place I rented, they addressed them and put in work orders to get them resolved quickly. Rent payment can be done online too which is nice and convenient. I recommend these guys.
