Farmers Insurance - Jason Langston

Had to change companies due to financial reasons. However, the employees, especially Kristina, were always so polite and efficient. If you want fast and professional service this is a great company to consider.

Kristina was amazing! We are new home owners and it’s a lot to understand. Each step of the way she made sure to explain and if I didn’t understand, she found another way to explain until I absorbed it. So on top of being new home owners, I feel like we had a complicated case and Kristina was patient the whole way. She made sure to research what was best for us (and the most discounts we could get!) but also what was on the previous car and home owners insurance to compare. So even after the initial phone call, we conversed through calls, texts or email, which made it so convenient (since I work night shift and can be hard to get a hold of) I truly recommend farmers for their professionalism, communication and Kristina!

The call was handled very professionally and knowledgeable. I had heard storing a car before. I guess that makes a lot of sense.
