Dr. I is truly amazing. He takes the time to not only assess what’s going on, but personally responds to messages on the app, and has personally called me two or three times himself- to troubleshoot symptoms and how to alleviate them. He goes above and beyond to give his patients the best quality of care and life. Before meeting Dr. I, I’d been to numerous specialty doctors for over a year, trying to figure out what’s going on with me. Within 15 minutes of meeting Dr. I, he was able to know more about what’s going on with me than all the MRIs, X-rays, nerve conduction tests, lab tests, neurologists, neuro surgeons I’d seen. He was kind, professional, humble, and even took the time to personally help me take my own socks off. He was honestly my last Hail Mary, to begin to piece together what’s going on with me. And I was ready to just give up even trying to advocate for myself anymore. It becomes very tiresome and makes your soul weary, when doctor after doctor get the deer in headlights look when you pull out your symptoms list that’s longer than a child’s Christmas WishList for Santa. And just stop listening after two symptoms, because it’s too much to deal with.. And it’s very discouraging to have doctor after doctor treat you as if there’s no way one individual can have such a wide array of symptoms. Dr. I is trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable. And he is full of insight, training beyond anything I’ve witnessed so far. He is the first doctor I’ve been to that doesn’t ignore symptoms, doesn’t make me feel like I’m “too much” to deal with. Which is a huge thing. So appreciative to be able to have him and his team to work with. And so thankful he was willing to not only meet me, but take me on as his patient. I feel better for the first time in literally 3 years, all thanks to him and his team working to help me. For the first time in 3 years, I have hope again. Hope that I will be able to become active again with my two young children, and hope that I will get well enough, to be able to actually make plans in advance- without fear of having to cancel due to pain and flares. Highly recommend, especially for those with difficulty finding a doctor to know what’s going on with you.

Came in with a broken foot, hobbling on crutches looking for the right place to go. Front desk guy not only told me where he even got up and pushed the elevator button for me. Second floor desk gal possessed me quickly and sent me over to Dr Goodmans waiting area. His staff was wonderful x-rays done with the most comfortable position. Dr Goodman came in interduced himself, wanted to know how I broke my foot, explained what he thought was going to be the best for my recovery, explained the x-rays and showed where the brake was on a foot model. Actually looking forward to a Doctor visit in a couple of weeks. Thank you Dr Goodman and your staff for a wonderful experience with a bad experience

Update:
I’ve experienced very positive changes lately. The staff is very responsive and caring. My issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you OMC of West Plains for working hard on customer service and care.

Hospital is extremely shorthanded. It’s absolutely impossible to get a hold of Endocrinology, for example. I’ve been calling with an urgent health need for over 2 months. It feels like banging your head against the wall trying to make an appointment or ask for prescription, it’s simply impossible.

I was there last night. Didn't have to wait long, staff were amazing! Some truly great nurses! They tried to help me and were very compassionate. I truly appreciate them.

My husband suffered a massive heart attack on top of many other health problems. The staff in the ER and on 2nd floor were very caring and supportive in their end of life care. They helped make an unbearable situation easier

Was having difficulty breathing. Went to Mtn Grove clinic. They got me right in and evaluated. Sent me on to hospital for CT scan. Had blood clots. Great staff and dr's. at all locations.

I went in with an emergency and within 10 minutes of entering facility all my triage was complete and doctors were already fully involved in my issue. Thank you so much for the care I recieved from your staff.

My husband received excellent medical care from the moment we arrived til we left to come home. They went above and beyond to assure our whole family was comfortable and had everything we needed.

I'm so happy that my surgery was done at this surgery center! Everything went well and I couldn't be any more pleased with my outcome!!!!!! Everyone that cared for me, was very nice, caring and polite!

I came in through the ER for a broken hip caused by a big fall! From what I witnessed the doctors, nurses and staff were excellent! I had a total hip replacement by Dr. Caron and so far things are progressing well. The nurses at my room were attentive, caring, supportive and very helpful! Overall an excellent experience!

I had surgery today and I HAVE to give a shout out to the RN Andrew in the outpatient surgery department. He was and is in my opinion the BEST nurse I’ve EVER had (through all the years) care for me. He was kind, patient, everything he did he was telling me step by step what I could expect, friendly, humorous and that’s what a I needed because I was so nervous before the surgery and after the surgery he was still there by my side. He even held my hand when I had to get a nerve block. Thank you so much Andrew for being the perfect Nurse to me today. If I ever have to have surgery again I PRAY I get you or someone just as kind as you.

All personally involved were so conscientious and did everything in their power to 1. provide the best care for me and 2. did their work in a most positive caring way. Thank you

Arrived in the ER 7/25/2023. The entire staff was top notch. Dr.Horstman discovered that I had pneumonia in my right lung restricting my air flow. After X-ray scans, CT scan, Ultra sound scan all done in a professional manner. I was transferred to the CSU Unit. In my experience, this group always take great care of me. My heart was struggling and they all worked tirelessly to get it under control. After successfully doing that, I was slowly and methodically taken off the meds. I cannot thank Ashley and her crew of Nurses, CNA’s and Dr. Mahmoud enough for the exceptional care. I feel very good about my care at OZH. I’m forever grateful to the entire staff from top to bottom. 🙏

Had my first appointment in the new hospital yesterday. Everything was great. Shuttle in the parking lot was running. Receptionist greeted me when I entered and asked if I needed help. Clinic upstairs was clean and plenty of seating. Receptionist was friendly. Had no waiting time at all and all the medical staff were helpful and kind.

Had a total knee replacement. Everyone was very professional, pleasant and took great care of me

The nurses and Drs make my surgery so much easier. They were so kind and compassionate. I couldn't ask for any better. Thanks ortho\spine and Ozark health center

I went to Spine clinic today and I'm getting prompt help, as I've just moved here from Arizona
Then Suzanne called me today and got me a PCP and an appointment for next week!
All I have to say is Thank you!!
I was worried I couldn't get the care I needed in a small community but I was wrong. I appreciate everything!

I want to thank Miss. Debbie Sahota, our hospital outstanding Financial Counselor. She helped me reverse an outrageous false bill while saved our hospital’s reputation from Burton Creek Clinic biller’s wrongdoing!
By law all self-pay patients have the right to know the real cost of common medical procedures up front. On 6/1, I went to Burton Creek Clinic for a common medical procedure. The clinic quoted me the self-pay price of $383 to be paid at the date of service. A month later, I discussed with the clinic biller about another bill. Within a week, this biller created a false estimate of $1900 for the same procedure and she billed me a large false bill on behalf of the hospital. I mad the hospital when the hospital didn’t know anything about it. After reaching out to Miss. Debbie Sahota, she quickly found the truth and reversed the false bill. She has done her job well with outstanding performance and caring personality. She resolved the problem less than two days as I had setup my mind to fight it for a long time. She is a true asset and a role model to our local medical field.
