Rena has been fantastic! I have wanted laser hair removal for years but it was always so expensive where I used to live. I decided to check again to see if I could ever afford it and I'm on my 3rd treatment! Rena has fair prices, has been great about working with my schedule and had made me feel very comfortable. It takes time to see a difference but I'm very confident I will see the results I want soon!

For anyone going for laser hair removal, I would recommend Rena. She works with your schedule and has very reasonable prices. Not once have I had to sit in the waiting room when it was time for my appointment and she greets you with a warm welcome. The treatments are not painful at all and she ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. I have dark hair and have noticed a significant difference in my hair growth. She also tries different methods to ensure you are getting the best results from your treatments.

I have been seeing Rena for about 2 years now if not more! I started out with a bad experience with the lady before her. I knew the minute I met Rena she was going to be wonderful! I have 100% trust in her work. She has been more than accommodating to my schedule and fitting me in her schedule or understanding if I wasn’t able to make it! Rena literally enjoys her job, if treatment doesn’t work she will try a different option & she doesn’t want to charge if you don’t see results. She is hands down the best there is!! Lazer hair removal can be an embarrassing thing and I have appreciated the professionalism and courteous of Rena as I have asked for her help. When a particular spot wasn’t responding she adjusted an approach to treat my issue and I was so grateful she customized her skill for my needs. I find her friendly and accommodating when I need to change an appointment. She is fair in price and I love seeing results.

Rena is doing my Brazilian laser hair removal and she is WONDERFUL. I’ve felt completely comfortable with her from the first visit. She’s very reasonably priced and always makes sure I’m not in too much discomfort during the procedure (obviously it doesn’t feel GOOD, but it’s 100x better than waxing and faster too!) I’ve had 3 treatments so far and am very pleased with how quickly the hair is disappearing. Definitely recommend!!! I plan to try out some of her other services in the future as well.

The laser lady is the best place I have ever been to for this. I've gone for hair removal To multiple businesses and she is by far 1 of the most professional, comfortable businesses I have been to. She has done everything to make it a clean environment a comfortable environment and the prices are affordable.I have been to other laser removal places and she was honest with me about the process, How long it might take. She's taken care of me the whole time and it's only been 4 sessions and I have seen significant changes. She works with your schedule the best way she can and is just an amazing person. I love this business and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Always recommend this place when someone says “I’m tired of shaving”. She has always been willing to work with my schedule (when able). She also one of those business owners that acknowledges you outside of their business which means a lot!

I have always had problems with annoying hair and keeping it gone. I've shaved for years almost every day. I even tried Nair hair removal and waxing but I have super sensitive skin, so I always ended up with irritated skin. Plus it never stayed gone for long. Once I started seeing Rena the Laser Lady I saw results almost immediately especially my arms. I can finally go awhile without shaving and I feel a lot better about myself. Rena is wonderful and always helpful and professional when I come in. It is nice to have someone who cares for their clients, which Rena does.
