Purchased an Xbox one at a reasonable price. The selection of games available is great. They have a variety of game related merchandise for great prices. Very friendly atmosphere, the staff here are excellent and helpful. I don't shop here often but when I do, I love the kind, friendly, experience every time I visit.

Trenton was amazing and answered all my friends questions and was very helpful. Definitely appreciate him taking the time and effort to help without making my friends insecure.

When we come in, we are always greeted and feel welcome in the store. Super friendly staff.

After writing Gamestop off in Lebanon due to subpar customer service, I decided to give this store a try some years later and have been very happy I did. Knowledgeable and friendly employees, good selection, and great customer service. Highly recommended. I had a defective online order that they swapped out in store, and the one they didn't have in stock they had shipped to my door for free (I live about 45 minutes from GameStop). That is stellar service, they deserve each of their five stars.

Good, clean store. The employees are all very helpful and kind. The store is very organized to help you find what you need quickly, and if it isn't there, they will try their hardest to help you get what you need.

I love game shop. Lots of games for all different consoles. I knew nothing about video games and they helped me with all the questions I had. They were very knowledgeable. There prices are cheaper than Walmart and it's alot easier to return something if it breaks. They got some video game merch, used and new consoles and much more. Definitely would recommend.

The Game Stop in West Plains is bigger than most of the others I've visited. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the newest games for my kids. They keep me informed about upcoming games and game consoles. I've been to other Game Stops and ours is the best!

Best place to get goods to stay in from the Covid. Except they have zero systems in any store u must purchase online
