I have been a client for 2 years now, and my care has been impeccable. Everyone is caring and friendly, especially Bryan and Rose. They answer all my questions, even the ones I deem dumb!

Been with the West Plains office for over a year now, since prior to my amputation. The staff are wonderful people. They listen to your issues and address them immediately. Very knowledgeable with the devices they have to offer. Have many resources for an individual that is just becoming an amputee. With out them I do not know how I would have managed the process. The greatest thing they have done for me was to give me freedom to walk again back and I owe them for that. I refuse to change companies and will always be faithful to JP&O for the the quality of life they have given me especially the West Plains office.

HIGHLY recommend JP&O located in West Plains. The Staff are very friendly. The service provided is excellent. If I could leave a higher 'star' rating I would! Thanks to all of them...

Fast appointments. Staff worked with my family, for being an out of pocket network, for us. Worked with insurance to try to get me the best price for the equipment we needed.
Jennifer Sterner get a gold star!! My son absolutely loved her, so do I!! She was extremely patient with my 12 yr old and professional!! She has gone out of her way to check on his progress with his boot!

Cheryl is so sweet, you’ll find her at the front desk waiting to help anyone in need! This place is amazing if you need special shoe insoles made! My grandma gets her insoles here for diabetes and very much appreciates them and their customer service, I also have a friend whose munchkin has flat feet and is having some made there just for her little man! I would definitely rate this place a 10 and send more folks in need of their services to here!

Took my dad to get his diabetic shoes here. He loves the shoes and everything was done in a timely fashion. The staff was all very nice and helpful through the whole process. We will be going back every time He needs new diabetic shoes.

This is West Plains best kept secret! If you need diabetic shoes, this is the place to go. Jennifer Sterner is so knowledgeable about helping to fit you, the office is high tech, and the staff is so nice and friendly🙂. I felt like I was with family . Highly recommended going there! My experience with JP&O is not as a patient, but as a partner. I work for a clinic and we have nothing but great things to say about JP&O anytime we have a patient utilize their services. They are absolutely amazing in every aspect.I can't tell you how much I appreciate their efforts to help our patients. Communication is awesome.

Our first appointment with JP&O was a Back to School Bash they put together for the community. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Both my son and I were very comfortable and learned a lot from the meeting. We will definitely be going back.

First let me start by saying hats off to Kyle, Joey, Jessie and the staff at JPO. You will not find a more motivated, caring and energetic group of workers. I am not a client but I have a friend who is currently using their services. I can not say enough about the patience and time invested. At no time have they fell short of meeting my friends needs. There is a lot that goes into being a company that is beneficial to the needs. Jpo does not fall short,from encouragement to supply & need, even down to the filing and contending with insurance. Each visit I have attended I have seen exemplary service. Extensive time was applied with concern and care for the client.
The supply of equipment, accessories and other things that are needed to maintain and have quality of life does not fall short.
I am pleased to recommend JPO and I am glad my friend is receiving the care she deserves at a time of great challenges in her life. Great Job JPO!!!

Thank you to JP&O for quality care and service. Ms. Jennifer treated my 4 yr. old granddaughter like a princess. Ms. Jennifer made friends right away and took special care to explain each step of the fitting process to my grandaughter relieving her fear of the new experience.
Can't forget the office staff!! By the time we ended our first visit everyone was on a first name basis and the "goody box" was a good end to a happy visit. Thank you girls for making my grandaughter feel at home!
Last but not least, all orders came within time frame that was given (even in the midst of Covid-19) and we are very happy with the quality of the products received. Thank you again West Plains JP&O and we will be happy to recommend your services to others!!

Great staff! Fast,friendly and knowledgeable! My husband had to get braces from his knees to ankle and the quality of the products are great and he loves his shoes! Would reccomend them above all others!

I called one day to see about getting my dad in and they had more experience than I was expecting. They knew totally what he needed from start to finish. So glad we found this company forsure!!! Thanks Team!!!

We seen the flyer for the back to school bash and decided to have our boys feet checked. Roslyn was great with the boys and found them to be in need of shoes and inserts. They helped us get in contact with Medicaid so we can possibly get them covered. We will be getting an appointment soon for the shoes. I highly recommend them.

1st time visit. Great service, friendly employees. Got fitted for new diabetic shoes and inserts. About a week later, they came in. Great fit!

Its never 'fun to go shopping for these items, but if you're lucky enough to get Cheryl to assist you, your experience has greatly improved. I swear the girls who work here are the sweetest and will get your particular need taken care of.

They have been friendly and helpful. Overall working with these ladies has been a very positive experience. I recommend them to everyone I know.
