I just switched to Allstate. I have dealt with numerous insurance companies in the past and Allstate is by far the best. Crystal was very knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed to determine why I should have this company. So glad I switched!! She is awesome!!!

After progressive jacked up my rates i switched to Allstate ( half the price of progressive) saved over $300 in total every 6 mouths and i get all kinds of perks Drivewise, Safe driver check and more but back to my point i went to my local office (Sean Wiley) and the agents there are amazing i had to get a SR22 before 9/30/18 and this was on 9/21/18 they set it all up it only raised my insurance 1 dollar a month they even went the extra mile and faxed proof to Jefferson city so my license didn't get suspended if you want a insurance that really cares i highly recommend Allstate

Unprofessional. I called to inquire about my rate going up by $25.00/month and was told it is a statewide increase. So I shopped around and found better coverage for a lower monthly price from Progressive. I immediately called the office back to cancel my policy before it renewed so I would not get charged. I was sent to voicemail so I left a message stating that I need to cancel my coverage. I got no phone call back and this was durning business hours. I figured it was all taken care of because I got no phone call regarding my cancellation. Lo and behold I was charged my higher rate and they essentially told me there’s nothing they’re going to do to expedite my refund and I can’t contact the billing department. In summary, I called to cancel my coverage, they never called back and charged me the higher rate after I left a voicemail stating I did not want that to happen. Completely unprofessional.

I use to have Allstate,but they kept rising my payment..it was crazy.with no tickets or accidents on our record why would our payment keep going up?? And their road side assistance was a BIG joke!! We canceled our account with them found another insurance company which was some help cheaper with the same coverage....don't go to allstate......
