Almost didn't stop by in a quest for a new washer, but decided to give it a try. It was not the experience I was expecting. Greeted immediately upon entering. We were told that someone would be right with us. Selection was somewhat limited, but very good prices on good brands. Kimberly helped us as we browsed. No high pressure sales. Just informative and helpful. Without a doubt the friendliest and easiest process I've experienced purchasing a major appliance. Delivery and installation were available at a very reasonable cost.

Went in to look at purchasing a new couch. They have a wide and reasonable price of furniture. The staff was very pleasant to work with, Very patient and friendly who were eager to help us out with any questions we had. Also dealt well with my 2 kiddos I had brought with us being they wanted to go sit on everything! Needless to say very happy with our purchase and wanted to give a shout out to Crystal for helping!

Store was nice and clean; we were greeted by a nice salesman, Garrett. I didn't really know what I was looking for but wanted to browse and see what the store had to offer. Garrett allowed us time to look and wasn't a pushy salesman. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the store products. Will be going back; 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I recently visited American Freight and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kimberly. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The prices were unbeatable for the high quality of furniture they offer. I purchased a full-size mattress and box springs for my mother-in-law, as well as a king mattress for my wife and myself. I was thoroughly impressed with both the furniture selection and the outstanding customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to others, and I'll certainly be shopping here in the future.

We have had the absolute best experience. We went to Mountain Home, AR to look at their selection. We were assisted by Thomas Wishman. He took the time to show us everything and let us sit in the recliners. We picked a matching sofa and couch reclining set. He didn't have them in stock, but told us to check with West Plains, MO. They had it! And they delivered withing 3 days.
We purchased everything online...super easy and convenient.
The delivery was awesome. They set it up and took all the boxes with them!! Woo hoo! No trash to dispose of!
We noticed a flaw in the stitching on the couch. We called and talked with Kimberly at the West Plains, MO branch. She is sending out a brand new couch!

Great store with nice furniture! Our salesman Garrett was so helpful, informative, knowledgeable and polite! He answered every question we had. We didn’t purchase anything as we were just looking but we will definitely be back when we are ready to buy!

Good prices great customer service. Sam was super helpful in finding us the perfect mattress and frame for our daughter. Who is really picky, and didn’t wanna wait for shipping, Sam helped us pick out what we needed at our price range and was super friendly with the kids. Nice guy appreciate everything he’s done.
