Everyone at the Bike Stop are amazing. They being a personal touch to everything they do to care for you as a customer. From taking the time to understand your biking needs to showing you all the different options available, that are all just top notch! And the great customer service doesn't end there. They can take care of all you post purchase needs and repairs, as well. Give them a look if you are in the market for a bike. I have bought three bikes now from them and would love to get a fourth!

Don and Renee were awesome to work with to help me find my new Mountain bike! Renee was very knowledgeable and helping me make my decision and Don I’ve worked with over the years and bought several bikes from his stores.

I didn't catch the ladies name who sold me my Specialized Women's Comfort Step In Bike, but she was great. She helped me pick the bike of my choice along with the color I wanted.
I just gave birth to a baby girl who has since passed on, and the color I chose was to represent my baby girl. That way when I go ride, she will always be with me! Thank y'all!

UPDATE: 1/11/21....A couple weeks ago my partner and i stopped by the shop just to price some bikes and *Renee greeted us and asked how she could help us. We told her what we were looking for and she provided pros and cons for different bikes, depending on the types of riding we might do.

Last saturday we decided to go back to the shop because of the great customer service and bike selection. When we got there, we were greeted by Ross. My partner informed him what she was looking to purchase and I informed him that I was just looking for now. Ross proceeded to help my partner, showing her the options and give extensive details on the three bikes. After sizing her for a bike and having her take the bikes for a test ride, I informed him that I too wanted to purchase one thanks to his excellent customer service. Although Ross was our primary associate, i'm sure that we received a tip from every associate in the store that day. The passion, knowledge and kindness was by far the best that i have experienced. I definitely look forward to getting accessories, bike tune ups and bike upgrades from this store again.

AMAZING SERVICE, have stopped in a few time for some purchase and just to shop around, always friendly staff, even if you have no idea about bikes, they are there to help with any question. Great prices. Loyal customer for life.

These guys are always friendly and great. Wednesday night I called them at 4:45 about getting a new chain put on my mountain bike, they told to bring it up and would have it ready the next day. So I drove up there and they changed it immediately, allowing me to be back on jacomo mountain bike trail by 5:40. Service just doesn't get any better they are awesome.

I have now purchased three bikes from the Bike Stop in Blue Springs and it has always been a great experience. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. When I have needed repairs, they take the time to listen, answer my questions, and talk trails. They seem to be as excited about my riding as I am! Go see them today!!

Great place to buy a bike. My husband and I went in looking for bikes after not having rode for over 13 years. The staff member who helped us asked us a few questions and knew all the right bikes to show us that would meet our needs, didn't pressure us at all, and we found bikes that are very comfortable to sit on/ride. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the bikes so we easily understood everything, and helped us get the bikes loaded in our vehicle. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing to buy a new bike or have theirs repaired.

They are always very helpful and friendly. I have purchased a bike here and had multiple repairs. Great service and good group of people. I have spent many hours here talking bikes and they are always happy to help in any way possible. Never had a bad experience and am grateful to have such a great local bike shop!

The Bike Stop in Blue Springs isn't your average LBS (local bike shop). Every single Bike Stop team member I've interacted with has gone beyond being just "happy to help" and takes personal responsibility for my bicycle-related happiness. Whether I am just randomly shopping after a trail ride or coming in with specific questions about their large selection of available products, I have always felt understood; I know that I am getting individual advice, not a sales pitch. We have all been to shops that cater to a specific kind of rider: the roadie, the commuter, the trail boss, but at Bike Stop Blue Springs, they fluently speak the language of every customer that comes in because they listen to the person and their needs. I have been a customer since 2009 and am happy that I can still count on Ryan, Chris, Renee, and the rest of the Bike Stop Blue Springs crew.

Gotta say, Ryan and Renee are some of my favorite people. Absolutely fantastic service! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issue you may have. They have taken care of me time and time again. If I could give more stars I would. Please do yourself a favor, go to Bike Stop in Blue Springs for NEW BIKE DAY, a tune up or parts/service and have them treat you right!

So this is a tad overdue and I apologize for that...so I purchased a bike back in July as a retirement gift to myself. The people at the Bike Stop in Blue Springs were awesome! Renee and Ryan helped me to choose the perfect bike and accessories. They were both encouraging, accommodating and supportive with my endless questions and total lack of confidence and I am extremely grateful to them. I would highly recommend them if you're entertaining the idea of getting into biking, need some accessories or just have tons questions like I did. They are highly knowledgeable and friendly and simply the best!

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. I mistakenly arrived a half hour before they opened, and they let me in anyway. They told me they would try to squeeze my repair in today and before I got home, I was called and told my bike was ready. I have been to both stores, Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the service and friendly staff couldn't be better.

We were trying to find a Giant dealer and the one closest to us just closed (missed it by a week). Enter The Bike Stop. We drove 40 minutes to get there. Renee and I had been communicating via email because we were looking for a certain bike in a certain color and size. Renee worked with me and even held it for me until we could come pick it up. We got there and Ryan immediately welcomed us in (five minutes before open). He spent time with us and, when my daughter wanted to buy her own basket for the front, mounted it for her. Ryan even took the time to creatively engineer a reflector on the basket so she would still have a front reflector. The store was clean and crisp. Ryan was cheerful and helpful. In short, they were great!!

Great service from staff. They talked me through my first "real" mountain bike purchase, and did not try to upsell me. They took time to set the bike up and explain how to make adjustments to the suspension, clutched derailleur 101, and more.

Mike the technician loves talking about bikes and parts, so if you are considering upgrading any components give him a shout to make sure you have all the info before making a purchase.
