Hudson Plumbing

I'm a new customer with Hudson Plumbing. They finished off rough in plumbing that a previous plumber bailed out on me. Hudson Plumbing did very good work in a timely manner. Justin with Hudson Plumbing has excellent communication skills and I can trust them to get the job done at a reasonable price.

Justin is the nicest guy who is so helpful with all your plumbing needs. I believe he is mostly used by home builders and commercial contractors as a plumbing subcontractor, but may do individual home owner work also. Always a top notch job!

I used Hudson Plumbing about a month ago when a pipe was damaged during a sump pump instal. Then, they were very helpful. I was confident in using them again for basic plumbing fixes as well as a clogged drain in the basement. Justin from Hudson Plumbing on 5/6/21 told me he would be out on Thursday 5/13/21. I texted him multiple times with no response (the way he directed me to reach out) and ended up calling him to get a response. He confirmed on Monday, 5/10/21 that he would be out on Thursday. On Wednesday morning, I advised to Justin that the clogged drain needed to be fixed sooner than later and wanted to confirm he would be here Thursday. He then advised he would no longer be coming out because he is too busy. Poor communication skills and now I'm stuck with a clogged drain until I hire another plumber to come out. Would never use this unreliable service again.
