Made an appointment. Took my jeep in for an FCA extended warranty on the clock spring. They had me ready to roll in less than 3 hours and no more airbag light. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend. Our family/ extended family has bought 8 cars from them in the last 20+ years and they have serviced them on occasion. Noone has had any complaints.

The service department always takes great care of my truck. I called yesterday morning with a brake issue that I needed resolved ASAP. Even though they had a full appointment schedule they told me to bring it right in. They had the issue resolved and even did an oil change within just a few hours. They are courteous with your vehicle without getting grease or dirt on the inside as I've had at other mechanic shops. I've always been pleased with my service but yesterday they took it up a notch!

The service staff was friendly and quick to get our cars in and out in a timely manner. They’re very professional here. I would definitely recommend to bring your vehicle here.

Called up talked to service manager about recall and oil change. He said bring you jeep in and we will fix it up. Dropped off the night before it was done by 11am next day. I call that great service.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I arrived early and dropped Durango off. By 9am It was finished. Staff was polite and respectful. My service was excellent! Thank you.

I own a 2021 Diesel Gladiator now with 30,000 miles the truck and use Lucas exclusively for maintenance. I trust them to maintain and fix any issues before they turn into roadside walk home problems, and I have done so with my past 2 models of jeeps also. In the past, I was a high mileage driver with over 30000 miles a year on a vehicle and could not gamble with breakdowns. I put over 400000 miles on those 2 jeeps , with Lucas doing most of the maintenance. Good job and 👍 up to folks in the service department.

This is my all time favorite dealership. The service department is unbeatable. They made be very comfortable, all the guys were helpful and very sweet. Being a woman they never talked down to me. Which makes this place the very best! I highly recommend everyone to check out this establishment. You won't be sorry!!!!

Great service. The entire auto industry is experiencing supply chain issues and many of these issues are beyond the control of the dealership. What I consider great service in times like this is giving your customer updates and information concerning the buying process. I ordered new Ram April 4th. It was delivered May 6th. That exceeded my expectations and that of other folks around me. It is almost unheard of. I was kept informed every step of the way which was also above and beyond the typical car buying experience. Within my family. we have purchased many new vehicles from Lucas Smith. Great dealership (including their service department) that I highly recommend. I want to mention Patti and Pete by name - thank you both for making my dream come true. I am a truck freak and your service and commitment meant a lot to me.

I have done a lot of business with this dealership dating all the way back to the mid 1970's. They have repeatedly treated me with respect while in negotiations with a car purchase as well as their service department being top notch. Rick Kime, their service manager, is always polite and has gone above and beyond several times for me in any service or warranty issues. I will continue to do business with them now and in the future. Highly recommend.

Parts was highly supportive while I was planning a transmission solenoid valva body replacement. Service stepped in with a firm date two weeks out and did a first-class job and corrected a supplied incorrect filter.
