My boyfriend and I came in today to get passports and the woman who helped us was friendly, and so helpful. We ended up having a great time and that was pretty unexpected!

Came in before our actual passport appointment, but they accommodated us anyway, and even made copies of the documents for us. Thanks for making a process that can be a headache relatively smooth!

Out of the norm for usps offices. Very friendly and happy.

I was a little hesitant about going to this location after reading some of the other reviews. I was totally surprised to get some of the best customer service that I've received in a long time. Each clerk greeted me when I entered and Igot my PO Box without any problem.

Friendly and helpful women are working here seemed like a welcoming atmosphere to me .

I needed to ship a box & do expedited passport delivery. Alexis helped me out today and I was nervous but she was very patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location, everyone was kind, friendly and patient.

I purposely go out of my way to use this post office because the employees are so nice. I have seen them treat every customer with the utmost respect. I especially appreciate the time they take to assist our foreign-born population with passport applications. One of the employees recently had to help a little girl interpret for her mother regarding an application form. Just very kind people.

Went in for a quick drop off 5 mins before they closed and the lady DIDNT bite my head off, 5 stars from me 😂👍🏻

I was taken care of quickly and she took the time to help me understand the different delivery services they offer.

This is the BEST post office in Saint Louis. I love the staff and they have a tough job because there are several different languages spoken in this community and some people are not easy to understand but these postal workers take it in stride. I always get a smile when I'm there maybe because I walk up to them with a smile no matter how long I've had to wait. People are too rush rush rush nowadays. Slow down take your time and be nice to our valuable postal workers.

The ladies up there keep it running smoothly. I go in to ship things and I'm sometimes way off so we laugh when I show up. I've improved thanks to them. You can't fit 2" through 1" slot even if you swish...

Highly recommend this place. Has its own parking lot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not many customers there.

The workers at this location are always very nice and efficient. I drive out of my way to go to this one.

I actually travel to this post office instead of using the one in my neighborhood. I have always received excellent and thoughtful service at this office.

Friendly staff. No drop box for pre-labeled packages but they do let you leave it on the counter and not have to wait in line.
