The staff at eagle valley automotive are absolute rock stars, my vehicle broke down late last night, and first thing this morning I called them, and explained my situation, and exactly what happened, and what I know so far, and the gentleman made sure to take down all the notes, and I know this because when I arrived after the tow truck driver, the gentleman behind the counter read all the important information in their notes back to me from our first phone call! The fact I was able to have my vehicle towed there on such short notice, is a testament in itself. Outstanding service! I was recommended to Eagle valley automotive from the very polite women, whose driveway I happened to break down in.

Had some work done on My 2003 Jeep Liberty timing chain replacement had a coupe of other things replaced since they were in there they only charged me for parts no labor. Piece of mind knowing they warranty all the parts and labor for this job is a plus only complaint was the cost of labor but that’s about the going rate for anyone working on these cars nowadays. Must be Bidenomics working for us. It’s not like it’s a 70 nova. oh well it is what it is and I didn’t have to do it. They work on all of my cars and have since they opened. I’ve never had a problem.

Great place and atmosphere. They got me right in and out. Best shop in town. The upfront service wrighter was amazing. Will be back for all my work.

I only needed an oil change this time but, as always, everything went great ... from the ease of setting up the appointment to dropping my vehicle off in the morning. Their professional attitude is what makes the difference ... cheerful and knowledgeable. Great work!

There has been 2 occasions that I have taken my car in and they have referred me to a cheaper resolution. They are always friendly and most helpful. I had an issue with a rattle regarding the exhaust. They explained they could replace the exhaust or I could take it to a local business to have part soldered and it would be much cheaper. Today I needed brakes checked. It was squeaking when I reversed. They explained that it was some hardware and I could go another year with the pads on my brakes. They suggested that I wait. I have moved to Blue Spring and still go to Grain Valley for my car repairs. Thank you Eagle Valley.

My vehicle left me stranded in the Grain Valley area. Early the next morning I called Eagle Valley Automotive and asked if they could fit me in that day because otherwise I would have no way home. I live about 3 hours away. They had me drop off my vehicle and they fixed the problem at a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me. They easily could have taken me for any amount they wanted because I had no other option than to depend on a mechanic that I had never met. I had read the reviews and seen how great everyone else thought they were. If I lived in the area this would be the only place I would have my vehicle worked on from now on. They were so honest and took care of the problem without charging me for anything extra. What a great bunch of guys! I truly appreciate everything you did for me!

Wonderful experience all around! Cody and Greg was very professional and knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle. Not to mention very nice as well. Would highly recommend to everyone. Called on a Friday got in on Monday had me vehicle back early Tuesday afternoon. And the price to fix was actually less the what was quoted . I had both gas lines redone which was why it took a day to finish and they were pretty busy and still had time to work me in. Very grateful for the great job and all around great service! Thank you. So I moved to Missouri and looked for a quality repair shop, one you can trust that will do you right. I have found my families Auto repair spot and would highly recommend them to everyone. Honesty, integrity, friendliness, fairness; this is how I would describe Eagle Valley. They do a great job of explaining the services you’ve received and the services they’d recommend. Prices are in line with the market. Scheduling and appointments are recommended and honored with consistency. I drive 30 minutes to and from for servicing. May seem crazy, but the days of unreliability of chains or the up-selling from dealerships are over. I started coming here via a referral from a co-worker. Great job guys!

I've been in 3 times now with both of my cars - 2011 Buick Regal and a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Each time, I receive quality service at the best price in town. Seriously, these guys are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable about cars - couldn't recommend them enough!

Eagle Valley is fantastic shop. Everyone is friendly, honest, and straightforward. Prices are very reasonable. We have two aging cars that always need some kind of repair but not a lot cash. I recently had them do a top to bottom check on one of the cars we were debating on keeping or selling They gave me a full down with the urgency of the repairs needed, prices, and labor. Excellent work.

Excellent experience during my first visit. Went in for a tire repair (pothole) and they recommended a tow service to me ensuring their good service. Once the tire was determined faulty they offered a new tire but did not persuade me in purchasing. I had missed the first delivery deadline for tire. Rather then leave me stranded in lobby all day they offered to personally drive me home (close distance) and pick me back up when tire was completed at the end of their work day. Can't ask for better customer service folks. I don't often offer reviews but thought their customer support deserved a mention. Thanks,

Quick friendly service mounting a set of tires. I also like the way the owner responds to reviews giving a clear rebuttal to frustrated people upset at the condition or cost to repair their own vehicle. Can't please everyone all the time, but they seem to be doing a good job because I've seen them recommended by lots of satisfied customers on social media when anyone asks for a local repair shop.

Having a car that is acting up or had already chosen to break down is a nerve racking experience. Finding a place to fix your car where they are up front, honest, and reasonable in value is difficult. You can find it at Eagle Valley.

I have had several cars now with lots of different issues and they did a great job. They called and kept me apprised of the progress along the way. When we ran into an issue on an older car, they helped me talk through the costs and helped decide if worth doing or not. I appreciate that they took the time to save me the money and the headache.

No pressure team to help you, knowledgable to be able to solve many problems, up front if they cannot or it is not worth it. You should give them a try.

The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They always get me in at a moments notice. They do the job right the first time. They have never used scare tactics or pressured me to do unnecessary repairs. The repair costs are reasonably priced. They'll have me as a loyal customer as long as they're in business!

They always get me right in and are able to fix whatever is I need. Clean shop that just commands confidence.
