Crowley Furniture & Mattress

We had struggled with an uncomfortable mattress for quite a while. After a trip to Crowley and help from Paula Steward, we purchased a new Justice mattress and box springs. Paula answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. Our delivery team was on time and very courteous. The entire experience with Crowley confirmed we made the right decision on who to give our business to.

Sales person was very helpful, showing us multiple options before we made our decision. She had paperwork completed very quickly and a delivery date set up for a week and a half later.

Pleasant shopping and purchase experience. No high-pressure sales here. Great customer service experience as well. Delivery was estimated at 2 weeks. However, we received a call as to schedule the delivery date ahead of schedule. What a pleasant surprise! The movers were set up the new bed a hauled away the old one. Thank you Crowley for an excellent furniture buying experience!

So, my wife and I went in for one item and saw this set up of furniture that just stopped us in our tracks. Absolutely no pressure, answered our questions, and the sale was made! Highly recommend! Tons of inventory!! You will not be disappointed!

Working with Crowley was so easy and my salesperson was so thorough. The delivery guys were on time and friendly and removed my old couch and chair effortlessly and delivered my new chair and ottoman with care. I'm looking forward to delivery of my couch, which was back-ordered 45 days, which I knew when I bought it.

There is always something new to see and a friendly sales team to assist with any questions. Locally owned and they support veterans.

Very pleased with Ron, my salesman. He was easy to work with & not high-pressured at all. I ended up emailing him, as I knew what I wanted and he handled all the rest! He emailed me a copy of receipt and had me sign a copy of their return policy. It really doesn’t get much easier than this! Thank you! 😊

Everyone was so courteous and helpful. We contracted with one of their interior designers, Kay, for almost nothing and we received a layout of our living area, recommendations for colors, fabrics, furniture, and the ordering process. Great experience!

First time experience in Crowley Furniture and Mattress and we give our Lees Summit store 5 stars. Decided on a sofa we love out from a wealth of choices and Tim helped us evaluate the fabric choices and we picked out a couple to take home to view in our home where we want to place the sofa. Back to Crowley’s the next morning to order the sofa with Tim. Easy and done! Of course we cannot wait for the delivery date! Thank you Crowley’s!

It was an excellent experience all the way around. I found exactly what I wanted. A very pleasant salesman helped me place a special order, and the pricing was reasonable. I have since picked up my order from their warehouse and was helped by a friendly staff member there, as well.

We purchased a recliner from Crowley in Lees Summit. This was for our aging father who is assisted living. Ron has helped us before, and he was wonderful. He pointed out certain features he thought would be helpful and quickly found us the chair we wanted. We purchased the extended care plan, especially considering the setting this would be used in. The two young men who delivered the chair to his assisted living were extremely courteous and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish!!

We have bought a desk, cabinet to match, sleeper sofa, and a new bed is on the way! Great customer service from our salesman, Mike, to the delivery folks. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional.
We have had the desk for months and it is very sturdy and looks nice for my husband's work from home job.
