Every time I have called they have answered all of my questions. I have never had a bad experience with them. They have always found a way to make it go so much smoother and easier for me.

If you follow the instructions and provide the documentation requested, you won’t have a problem. Why spend hours on the phone only to be told to provide the same documentation listed in the letter? Doesn’t make sense to me. Read the letter people!

How is it that everyone is mad at the IRS. Do you know WHO or WHAT make the changes to taxes? And I pay my taxes and I pay their salary. Not the deadbeats. Everything has specific due dates. Make sure you have all your income docs when you file. And if you make less than 54k there are FREE tax places and they won't inflate your refund or give you credits that YOU ARE not eligible for. Schools need to teach taxes and how to read and COMPREHEND the info.

I just retired from the internal revenue service. I believe that they are a top notch agency. The benefits are second to none. The management is very understanding and flexible and knowledgeable. The pay is on par with private private sector jobs. The retirement benefits are way above any private-sector offerings. They now have policies in place that will work with any taxpayer that has issues. Any young person who just got their degree from college should consider working for the federal government. And if you want to further your education they have in-house further learning programs.

To speak to a live representative follow to options 1 , 3, 2, then 4 . After being connected you will need to wait 5-10 minutes for them to review your account . Very nice person. Its scary calling the irs, i get it but this person just gave me the info i needed and made the situation very calming but very professional.

Yes Kansans, MO location is slow but thats because I'm looking at this list, and they handle 24 states paper work, Austin Texas handels 4 states paper work And thats Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas. OGDEN UTAH, handles 25 states. It dont take a rocket scientist why it was built that way welcome USA where they play favoritism

Can't find where to report on your website. Watch H legitimate trans port out of Sedalia, Mo. These guys are posting ads on Craigslist all over the state.Probably making a whole of money. Just want to make sure they are paying all their taxes.

If you are patience, call early, have your paperwork in order, questions prepared, and communicate clearly with respect; They will help you. Also make sure you are at less making a payment plan.

They do there job and listen to people complaining and make excuses for reasons why they don't have their money. They are definitely very professional at what they do. People just don't understand how hard they have to work. I say give credit where credit is actually due.
