These folks have the best customer service. Their products are great and if there's something missing they get right on it and you have it within a week. They need to give customer care classes to other businesses. Thank you for being so wonderful

We moved to Joplin from out of state and had no luck finding anything we really loved for our living room (checked the Joplin Ashely store and furniture row). So I resorted to buying a sectional online. The first one I bought, I hated and sent it back. Bought a second sectional online, hated that one as well. One day driving I noticed Wayside and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of peices I absoutely loved. Having numerous peices that I loved combined with their great customer service, really provided a great experience. Much better than the big chain stores!! The sectional we wanted was actually too long for our living room but Wayside was very helpful in allowing us to only buy the peices that fit, removing one of the seats to make the sofa smaller and they deducted the price for that piece. Without that additional section, the sofa fits in our living room beautifully.

The delivery was free and they even offered to take old furniture if we needed them to do so at no extra cost (we didn't end up doing that because found someone who wanted our old furniture). A day or two after the furniture was delivered, I noticed some "bunching" with the cushion inside the ottomon, which you could see through the outside cover. Since there is no zipper on this ottoman, there was no way for me to fix it. I contacted Wayside and they had the ottoman picked up, repaired, and returned within just a few days (at no cost to me of course). The delivery men were very friendly and professional as well. I will be visiting this store for any future furniture purchases!

Have bought 4 recliners and2 couch delivery men were great store service the best and got free delivery every time love this store moved to Grove over year ago and ordered freezer from Westgo charged 40.00 for delivery. I have since been going to Lowes but sure miss my wayside

These guys will work with you to get a great price. They seem to be the only store that truly cares about the buying experience, not just making the sale. My family has shopped here for 40 years.

Tyler, salesman, was polite, informative and helpful in all aspects. He didn't "hover" about as some salesmen do- so that was a huge plus for us. The delivery charge was reasonable for a 90 mile trip and the delivery guys, Eli and Elijah, went out of their way to take our old furniture to donate to a local ministry. They even took a door off to get the loveseat into a room. Very respectful young men- so we had a great shopping experience.

Recently purchased a couch from Wayside. Appreciated their friendly service and free delivery! They were able to deliver the couch the same week I purchased it. Definitely gives them an edge over their competitors in the area!

I found this gourgeous bed set in another furniture store and Wayside had the best price. Excelent customer service. They were very helpful and friendly. One of the pieces was damaged and they replaced it without a problem. I will be coming back for more in the future.

The sales people are always nice and low key. It is really hard to find places where the sales staff isn't pushy. And even though they aren't pushy, we bought a bed frame and end tables from here! Also, they have delivery and no city sales task.
