Habanero’s is one of the very few good Mexican restaurants on the Missouri side of KC worth going to.
The restaurant is never busy.
I tried the 5lb Burrito Challenge. I lost the challenge but the burrito was delicious. The burrito was always affordable for its quantity.

Habaneros is an airplane themed Mexican restaurant that serves tasty entrees and drinks that pack a punch! Along with house mild salsa, this spot also serves you medium as well as hot salsa if you ask. We also love to start our meals off with a queso dip for the table. My favorite entree is the Lucky Linda's Dinner from the healthy entree section - marinated chicken breast on a bed of lettuce topped with pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, and Monterey Jack cheese. Two other table favorites include the Habey's Spicy Skillet found in the healthy section and the Alambres Mexico dish found in the Fight Destination section on the menu. I had the steak fajitas and they were wonderful! I loved the flavor and the proportions were a nice size. The drinks weren't bad either. I had the Prickly Pear margarita. It was a wonderful balance between sweet and sour.

Great place to eat with great service. Conveniently off of 50 Highway. The chips are thin and crispy and they have two cheese dips to pick from... And a variety of salsa with different levels of spiciness. Crash and Burn is a hotter version

We ate at your restaurant tonight and had the most amazing experience. Our waitress Hannah was exceptional. Friendly, chatted with us and took care of our every need. In today's world to it is hard to find great customer service. Hannah was awesome!!

Our catering order was perfect, as usual. Habanero's NEVER disappoints! The service was fabulous, the order was ready on time, the helped load it into my van, and the employee was super friendly. I highly recommend them for your next festivity!!

Heather was on point with every aspect of her service! We really enjoyed being in her section and hope we get her next time we are here. Any time our drinks were low, she was there to top them off. Anytime our salsa started to disappear, Heather came by unprompted & asked if we would like more. She was absolutely amazing & we are so grateful for her prompt service and joyful attitude!

10-23-2023 Update.......i got a pork burrito today it was 100% better!

I got a pork burrito with No pork in it... Had to go back after getting home and get a replacement. 3/6/23 6:00
The manager couldn't see any thing wrong ( it measured 1/8 high. Apparently no pork inside.

Had an absolutely wonderful dinner with family. We have not been there for a long time but I was craving one of your specific dishes, the enchiladas with spinach and pepper jack cheese. Delicious! And the Margaritas went down very smoothly. Definitely will be back soon.

Hi there! I recently had the opportunity to visit a Mexican restaurant in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and I must say, it was quite an experience. I ordered the Habi Dip and Shrimp and Chicken Fajitas, and both dishes were absolutely delicious.

The Habi Dip was a personal favorite of mine. It was creamy, cheesy, and had just the right amount of spice thanks to the habanero peppers. I enjoyed it with chips and veggies, and it made for the perfect appetizer.

Moving on to the Shrimp and Chicken Fajitas, they were cooked to perfection. The grilled shrimp and chicken were incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the veggies added a nice crunch to the dish. Wrapping it all up in a warm tortilla made for a delightful experience, and I couldn't have been happier.

One thing that really stood out to me was the fun and playful atmosphere of the restaurant. As I was walking in, I noticed a "flying habanero" photo op in front of the building. It was such a unique touch that added to the overall experience. The restaurant really seemed to care about their customers having a great time, and it definitely showed.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant in Lee's Summit, Missouri. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a delicious meal in a fun and inviting atmosphere. If you're ever in the area, be sure to check it out!

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants. We have been customers since they opened the doors. We have always received excellent service and delicious food. Love the deep fried tacos and they have a great taco Tuesday deal plus lunch specials until 4pm. Great Happy Hour deals. Fajitas, Burrito, Enchiladas, Deep Fried Tacos all delicious. Be sure to order some Habey Dip.

Great service and excellent Mexican flavors. We tried the Habby's Dip and it was really great queso! Best Mexican rice I've had at a restaurant yet. Portion sizes were large and delicious. Yes, well worth your time!

This has to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! I visited yesterday and had the Enchilada Casserole and it was absolutely amazing! Their salsa and chips are perfect! The salsa is fresh and not too hot!

Been coming in for years and the food is always great! I highly recommend the Habey Dip and the Chipotle Flautas.

I LOVE Habanero's! I moved away from the area 10 years ago, and I still make it a point to eat here at least once. I always order the #14 Monterrey, and love that I'm able to choose what sides I want. This time, I opted for the corn, which was okay, but with some salt, pepper, and queso mixed in, OOF. Always a wonderful time with great service.

Absolutely love this place, and never have anything bad to say. I tried a lot of things on the menu, and I have never gotten something that I regretted. The chips, salsa, and Hobey dip (queso) are really good too.
