The maintenance guy, Talley, was very professional and courteous, we only want him to come back. Best guy we've had.

The staff here has always been friendly to me and helped with everything we need so far in our rental house. I think a lot of the issues come from the owners and not necessarily the folks who fix it. Thanks! Lexi and Ashley have always been professional in putting in the work orders.

Blue river maintenance is great. All the techs are wonderful and everyone in the office is always so helpful!

This company is a joke, the 1-Star rating is being generous. I wouldn’t trust this company to screw in a light bulb. They spent hours in my house trying to replace a simple dishwasher and it still doesn’t work. They came out to look at a broken window in my kitchen, technician called me with an attitude and the office staff is the same way.

Waste of time trying to get them to do their job. Their staff is unprofessional and useless. Wouldn’t trust them to fix the wedgie out of their a$$

Multiple terrible experiences with this company. They rarely ever responds to online requests, then when you call your on hold for 10 minutes plus. When you get someone on the phone they’re rude. The workmanship is horrible. They don’t have the staff to handle their business. If you have the option to use the maintenance company save yourself time and frustration and find someone else.

Horrible service, their technician spend all day in your apt only to tell you they can’t fix it

My complaint,since they are a part of CJ Real estate. They want rent on time, but expect you to take off work to meet the repairman. They over book the techs and you miss a day of work for no one to come. Too much of an inconvenience

Completely awful. My washer drains directly outside of my house. No pipe or drainage system, literally a hole in my wall where water pours out of my wall and leaves a pool up against my exterior wall. I’ve reported this 5 times now and nothing has happened. I’ve also been waiting two weeks for my dryer to be fixed, it needs a new belt. Apparently belts are a rarity and very hard to acquire. These instances are just the tip of the iceberg.

My pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom. I called and called and called. The automatic systems said to call the emergency line. Guess what... they did not give that number. I tried to google, bing you name it there is not an emergency number. On top of that, the down stairs closet is not insulated so all of the cold air is just sitting there and making the bedroom extreamly cold. Also, there is no vent in the bathroom so when the clost is cold the bathroom is just as cold. In order for me to keep my bathroom somewhat warm i have to keep the door to the kitchen open. I know that seems silly but the dog sleeps in the my room with me ovrt night so i have to keep mu door and the bathroom door that is connected to the bedroom shut. That is why i have to leave the kitchen door open. The main vent in the diwnstairs bathroom shoots iut cold air verses hot air. We have the temp at 75° and it is still cold air. The rooms upstairs get sooo hot that it is really uncomforable to sleep. Over all this place sucks!

BEWARE! This company is attached to CJ Real Estate, Inc, known for shady business practices and operating like slumlords.

We've had issues with this company in the past but none that made me angry enough to write a review till this week when they initially lied and claimed they had been trying to reach us when we've had no missed calls or emails from them they then demanded we take time off the NEXT DAY for their appointment when we told them we both worked and the next day wouldn't work they went ahead and scheduled it anyways when I called and repeatedly told the rude receptionist that tomorrow would not work she said she'd call back with a different day instead she called my fiance and bullied him into the next day appointment honestly we would never use this company given the choice absolute nightmare to work with avoid them like the plague that they are

This Maintanance company is horrible they never want to replace things they love to do patch work and takes them days, weeks, even months to get it together

I'm in the military and I've complained to this company about fixing my central air unit and have received nothing but terrible customer service! Someone should report these guys to the media.

Since when is a HVAC issue not considered an emergency? There's a heat advisory tomorrow and I have pets in here!

It's a very poor service. Can not believe how bad it is. Having to coordinate with them and their 4 hour windows and having a job is a headache.

I have literally been waiting on repairs for 6 months. Appalling customer service not only here but with CJ Real Estate as well.

I wish there was an option for negative starts. This place is so beyond awful it’s unreal.

I called multiple times regarding an electrical problem that was occurring and they completely blew me off it's not safe and I have 4 kids smh
