I will happily keep this JBOX in business. Never had an issue, sometimes they can be slow..but hey..they're understaffed and for a reason, like mannnny other corporations <

Every one I've dealt with has been super friendly & helpful. Foods never been cold, or old. Only issue is with them adding cheese to the spicy chicken sandwich and the only reason it was ordered wrong is bc those speaker boxes suck! [:

Anyone giving bad reviews bc you ordered with Door Dash, idk maybe like..dont order through door dash lmao. You added the middleman into the equation, that's on you.

I made a mobile order and gave them abt 10 minutes and all of my food(NOTHING MISSING!!!) was ready and waiting for me. Which was great bcus I was running behind, going to have lunch with my daughter at school. Thank you to the crew members at 30 & Caroline dr in High Ridge. Bcus of your promptness, I was right on time to meet my sweetheart for our lunch. Thank you again!

I am so thankful this Jack is still here. Others in the area have closed. The service at this one is by far better than any other I have been at. The people are kind, they don't rush you, and they don't make you feel bad if you have a big order. I have never had an issue with our orders, and the food is always hot.

As always, the staff is friendly and thorough. The food is always great and never made wrong, which is great considering different experiences I have had with other fast food chains. JiTB has never let me down, but this location is a long-time favorite! 💖

TO THE INDIVIDUAL/GENTLEMEN WHO SERVED US VIA DRIVETHRU TONIGHT: YOURE A WONDERFUL PERSON!! You were so polite, you radiated with the smile on your face, your energy was unmatched! I wish I learned your name. The food was delicious, my mocha boba coffee was delicious. You even took extra time to make sure it was ice cold! Wasn't requesting, but greatly, Greatly appreciated! My partners happy, I was beyond delighted. 10/10 experience!!!

Always friendly service! Always but you have to try the avocado lime dipping sauce. I get tiny tacos almost every day just so I can eat it!😁

March 2024 Update:
I'm rescinding my previous 1-star review and changing it to a 5-star. Was there a change in management? What happened? I went back to this location in 2023 and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Service was quick and the employees were courteous. Every visit of mine since has been a similar experience. Just last week I went to this location twice. I'll probably go back this weekend because now I want some tacos.

On an unrelated note, can this location bring back those disgusting nacho tacos? I used to smash those monsters.

I hate having to write this review because I love their food, but the majority of the reviews written over the past 9 months are on point. A couple of months ago my wife waited 45 minutes in line only to be told at the window that the staff had gone home and they were closed. It was about 6pm. Thinking that was a fluke, I gave them another try. With just two cars ahead of me at about 6pm, I ordered a few tacos. I received my order but it took over 17 minutes (I made sure to time it). I certainly won't be making it a habit to go there like I once did. This location could certainly benefit from a change in ownership.

Great for a meal to grab when one is on the go. Service at the drive thru is great, time spent in line could be a bit faster but hey! They are making fresh food...I'd rather have that than the other places who have a holding bin with stale burgers...
My all time favorite menu items are the tacos, junior jumbo jack, panko onion rings and chicken fajita pitas. A nice, icy cherry Coke too.
Prices have gone up a bit, however much more reasonable than the competition.

Great service. Sadly i wont return to this location as long as its attached to that gas station with the ignorant clerks.

I swore off the High Ridge Jack in the Box-Petromart about a year ago because the whole experience was really bad. Since I don’t buy gas there, I have since given Jack another chance and deleted my previous review. I only use the drive thru. The service, wait time, and food has improved. I guess time away for me has changed this place. Looks like a new round of employee’s are there now. I’m only here for the taco’s and fries since they are my favorite thing about Jack.
One day I went twice and I told the lady at the window and I assume a manager how pleased I was with my order and service.
Please keep up the good work! I notice the operating hours are from 8 to 8 Monday to Saturday.
I’m fine with that! Take Sunday off! Just keep making good tacos for me!

Came at 2am all my food was hot and fresh props to guy on overnights.

The kid that opened the store on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 has a great heart and passion for taking care of the customer. There was a reason for a 20-something-year-old to be the opener the day after St Patties day. Hang on to him he is dedicated.

This location is the best Jack that I have ever been to! Food is always fresh and hot and drive thru wait is minimal. Keep up the great job!!

This location has made a full turn around for the better! Their speaker was broken for months with no note so you sat for ever then move up to window only to see they were unaware speaker broken? Then they were open some days and closed others They had a hard time finding staff.

For the most part this place is good. It has improved a lot since the great reset.

I got a hamburger here it was hot and fresh. I was well pleased with the taste of it as well. Moreover the presentation of what the sandwich look like was very pleasing to me. So give this place a try I guarantee you'll like it!

The food is Jack in the box but what really sets this apart from other places is the service you receive the people are helpful and very friendly

Been to alot of jack in the boxes, this one is the best so far. They always get my order right, never a long wait, staff is always nice, and the manager that helped me the one night I had a issue was super sweet, alot better than the ones in St Louis City... Think the Managers name was something like Dakota or Lakota or something? Ask for her when ya go in there, she will make sure your order is right and loaded with cheese
