Was able to grab the last Hero12 GoPro before our honeymoon started ! They were so kind in the process of retrieving it and checkout !

Jimmy helped us.
He answered every question we had.
What he did not know an answer to, he was honest and looked it up.
He made sure we purchased what we needed and let us know we had protection on our plan. The entire time, he was pleasant and respectful to our conversation.

I give it 5 simply because of the knowledge that the employees have about their products and how friendly they are. Both normal blue shirts and the Geek squad side. Their on-hand selection is a little lacking, but I do not really think that it is their fault as you can order anything online and have it shipped there.

Came in to get surround sound for our TV. Jimmie helped us choose one that suited our needs also also fit into our price range. He was able to get us a good price match with another retailer. I was really impressed with the service today.

Used to work here when I was 18, fun place to work. Great service when you can get someone (when they are busy). Bought a watch from Samsung and they allowed me to pick it up from the store, Although I got a $200 discount from Samsung that BB wouldn't match. All good though still got the new Galaxy 6!

I’m a fan, the people that work here have been great to me and I sprays enjoy a browse. Prices can be great, or very high - timing is key. I use the website first before heading over usually. I recommend this Best Buy

Duke really saved my butt today. Work computer died around 4 pm on a Monday. Had to checkout in an unconventional way and he was super helpful and patient.

Jaden was fabulous in every way, especially her spirit & style. Obviously her knowledge was there also because she works at Best Buy. The guys were great too, I loved the electrician. I appreciate you keeping the doors in operating order. Thanks for making sure we don't get trapped in or out more than anything;). #Trust, which I rarely have in companies!

Amazing new phones you can't charge because the phone companies today are apparently approaching bankruptcy and need more $$.

I have not been the Best buy in years and was searching for a solid state hard drive. I checked online and found a couple of good deals but didn't want to wait for shipping. Surprisingly the best deal was through Best buy and was also available for local pickup. I placed my order during lunch and picked up my order after work. It was quick easy hassle-free and I'm impressed as my perception Best buy it was extremely high prices.

Wow! Stepping into Best Buy after 38 years felt like I'd hitched a ride on a time machine and landed in a sci-fi wonderland! Last time I checked, the height of technology was a calculator watch, and now, what are these – pocket-sized supercomputers? And those huge flat things – TVs or portals to another dimension? I half-expected an alien to greet me with a handshake (or tentacle shake?).

The staff were like friendly tech wizards, wielding their sci-fi tablets. One showed me a phone that recognizes my face – I thought it was only my mother who could do that! And the drones! I thought they were UFOs coming in peace. When I saw a virtual reality headset, I put it on and almost asked how long the flight to Mars was.

The gadgets and doo-hickeys were so mind-blowing, I'm pretty sure my 1980s self would have fainted. Each aisle was an adventure; I half-expected to find a teleportation device next to the smart fridges (which, by the way, can probably do my taxes).

Kudos to Best Buy for making my grand return to the tech world an unforgettable

Took in a return and it was very smooth. I got my refund and found another product that was on sale. They always seem to have best deals on electronics.

I mainly use BB for their Geek Squad services. I can’t recommend them more! They’re knowledgeable, answer any and all questions, and never make you feel like a sub par customer. If you need any GS services, go with Isaiah. He’s so nice, caring and walks you through everything!
