Charlie Higgins and company provide quick and excellent service at the right cost. You get two plumbers that work hard and get the job done. I've had Higgins at our house multiple times including major drain line repairs, in-house drain unblocking, and today he just installed a water heater. He brought a top of the line water heater and installed for a very reasonable price. I called Charlie on Sunday late afternoon hoping for an appointment on Tuesday. They showed up on Monday morning and we have a new water heater installed and ready to go at 11:00 am. I highly recommend Higgins Plumbing, both he and his partner are outstanding and they love what they do. In addition, they are very polite and courteous, and always clean up the area in which they worked. He even went above and beyond last time and provided me with a drain cover that was impossible to find at the big box stores and this time he labeled my electric box for me to find the right breaker when needed. Mr. Higgins absolutely knows what he’s doing. My house had never had a dishwasher till today. He did excellent work and didn’t charge an outrageous price. I’d highly recommend him. Thank you so much. I’ll be calling you when I get ready to tackle the pipes under the house.

He may be a little rough around the edges but his 41 years of experience make it all worth while. Most places quoted me 1 to 2 hours for main line sewer fix but he had it done in 3 minutes, literally!! To top it off, his price was way less than others quoted. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Charles has always done work at my house with skill and knowledge in plumbing and am always 100% happy with his work and the cost to do it!

Took 2 trips and left a mess when completed.

Called to have water line on water heater fixed. He never identified hisself on the phone , I had to ask. Told him what was going on and he automatically said "water heater has to be replaced, without even looking at it". I told him it was new. He showed up at our house and was rude from the beginning to my husband. He tried to show him what was going on and he snapped at him and told him to get out of the way. He insisted he needed to relace all the lines" so he wouldn' t have to come back". We had all new parts and hose was just split and needed, a fitting on it. He told my husband would be around $200. My husband told him to leave, he would fix it. Took him10 minutes and all fixed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If he doesn't like what he does, maybe he needs to retire.

Had my garbage disposal replaced. Didn't hook up drain line and my kitchen floor is ruined. They came back next day and "fixed" the problem but realizing the floor quickly left before I could even say anything. Apparently for over a month now it has been leaking down into the bottom of the cabinets and now those and my kitchen floor is ruined. Tried to call them back and they answer their phone with a rude loud "ya". So mad I couldn't even talk to him after that. My $315 job is probably going to cost $1000s. Don't call them unless you enjoy small claims court.

Awful! First he snapped at me, charged $150 to clear a drain, was supposed to change a leaky faucet, he broke it making it leak way more and is now unusable, was supposed to come back with new parts and never returned to finish the job. Its been 3 weeks and no one will even return my call. Have to hire a 2nd plumber. Completely ridiculous! Thanks Mr. Higgins!

Had my sewer line dug up and called to have a bid to just replace my sewer line and kitchen sink lines as well as splicing my water supply line, had them come out on a Friday for a bid and was told they would be out Monday to start work. Monday they showed up and told me they were just there for a bid and before they would do any work that I would have to dig up more then when I questioned why I would have to dig more I was given a ignorant response, very displeased with the service and what I felt was a high bid I decided to call another plumber who was more professional and more willing to get the job and take my money, if I could give a worse rating I would. Save your time,money, and aggravation and call another plumber
