New Day Treatment Program

They like to assume a lot and seems to have no problems with lying to the juvenile officers about the juveniles. They say that they're teaching the kids how to deal with life situations by calling circles and addressing other students that are doing wrong. That's fine. But they allow these teenagers to harass and be petty with each other through these circles as well. They say that the students can address the staff as well. That's not true. Some staff have abused their authority when a teenager strikes their nerves by giving hours or other forms punishment.

Is definitely a joke, very unprofessional for sure, and take no disregard to anyone family situation and or the children situation, they act like they know better than the parents on how and what to do with there children

A whole Facility filled with a bunch of idiots that can't understand English. My son had to makeup hours for helping give out food baskets on Wednesday the day BEFORE THANKSGIVING to people who didn't have. I told the lady that my son kept telling me that he had school but I wasn't listening to him. Then, they told my son that I was on speaker and that I told them that he told me that he didn't have school. He knows better. Plus I sent them an email. I hate people who play games and try to start stuff between families.
