This place is fantastic. They were able to get me in so quickly and I had my car back within days. Jennifer working in the office is absolutely wonderful and provides a best in class customer experience. Will absolutely return in the future if the need arises!

After a deer decided to commit suicide on my Toyota Camry I needed a body shop with quick turn around time around Christmas. Every other body shop told me it’d be January before they could get to it. I called Jennifer at Counts. I got nothing but excelsior customer service from her and the body shop in general. I dropped it off and they had it complete and gorgeous again within a week and a half. I got it back and it looked so good and a very thorough and quality repair job. This place is very recommended for all your auto bodywork needs. It’s a small hometown body shop but amazing quality work!

Glad I chose a smaller local business. I was originally referred to a large corporate body shop by my insurance company and it was not genuine or caring. Talked with Jennifer at Counts, had an estimate done that day, and quickly moved forward with having my truck fixed in a timely manner. I had purchased a new vehicle back in early February and after owning it for a short 3 days, someone ran a light and hit me. I called Counts and they were so quick to immediately help me! Jennifer went above and beyond to help and kept all the stress off my shoulders! I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it’s perfect! The body shop did an amazing job and on top of it, they were fast! (Considering the shortage of parts right now) I’ve used counts for years and I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you Jennifer and team for all of your help!

Counts Auto Body did an excellent repair on my damaged SUV. The time for an estimate was quick, the job was scheduled within two days and the completed repair work was accomplished in three days short of the original completion date. Great people. Jennifer was very helpful. Had my truck in for drivers side door repair, parts were ordered before hand, and once in, Counts had my truck back together and looks great in a couple days.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. They dealt with our hard to deal with insurance and made sure that we got our vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
