Good people always fair if your mad at them its not their fault its yours or your contractors fault.

If I could rate this place lower then 1 star I would. This place is terribly organized and everybody isn't on the same page. With the stay at home order going on they moved their permit process online. They can't seem to get it right. Its been 3 or 4 weeks now and no response or confirmation that our email was received. We have many phone calls and every response has been different, "we can't find you email so its a que." They also keep changing their weeks that they a behind. To small business owners this is costing us time and money.

While waiting on a permit I've been working on a house near creve core... many permits approved and several inspections done already. We took the roof off, gutted it, did footings, formed/poured foundation walls, extended the house and framed up two stories. By the time I plan on hearing from Hillsborough we are gonna be done with a whole house. What I'm getting at is jeffco should get with other municipalities and follow their procedures.

They have known about a condemned property for almost 5 years they have done little to nothing about it but yet they have the audacity to site people for tall grass ext.. but the serious problems are all blamed on everyone else the guy that worked there awhile back did his job to the best of his ability sadly I can't say the same for them now they are fully aware of the problem they are a joke if you don't have any money you can do whatever you want but if you try to do things legit they will target you I wish I could move from this horrible county all departments.....smh
