Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We made an online order on Halloween. The pizza was not ready when we arrived. As we stood there with a few other customers, people started piling in. I could see the orders stacking higher and higher. There were about 6 staff working, and trying their best to make pizzas and take orders while people were yelling, complaining, demanding refunds and walking out while yelling insults. It was not their fault they received more orders in an hour than 6 people could make. They called people who were waiting more than 20 minutes and whipped up their orders first. They did everything they could with the resources they were given. Even though they were so stressed, they gave me a smaller pizza than I ordered and messed up the pizza, I left grateful to have my order. There was some kind of chemical on the bottom of the pan that caused a burn into the pan and a chemical taste throughout the entire pizza. We couldn't eat that one. I never called to complain, we handled it, grateful to have at least on pizza before we had to leave for Halloween. (Even though it was the smaller, messed up one!) I was very pleased today to get an email stating we were given an unrequested refund of our entire order! In a world full of greed, where most businesses only care about the $ and not the customers, that store refunded our money and probably all customers who orders that day--unrequested! No matter how busy they got, they didn't forget about their customers. Just because they had trouble keeping up with the impossible quantity of incoming orders, it does not make them bad. I gave the 5 stars because they never got rude, they stayed nice, they tried their best and they gave full unrequested refunds! Way to go, Papa Murphys/ Arnold!

This is the best pizza I have ever bought! All the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the man who made the pizza was very friendly.

Papa's favorite stuffed crust was impressive. Thanks for the good pizza. We'll order that one again.

We love Papa Murphy's! We've only ever had one issue there and they went out of their way to make it right. We always get the stuffed pizza and it's so much food. It's amazing!

10/29/23- a year later and the pizza we got tonight was excellent.

The arrangement inside is like a Subway, your pizza is amassed just as you would prefer directly before you. They have an assortment of covering styles, sauces, and garnishes to fulfill an enormous assortment of tastes. They additionally sell dessert pizzas, heat St home cheddar bread, servings of mixed greens, and that's only the tip of the iceberg. They frequently give coupons which makes the value aggressive with a supermarket solidified pizza, yet the quality here is greatly improved. In case you're close to one, try to pursue the content club to get much more coupons and warnings about deals.

My pizza was absolutely perfect. I'll continue to go here for convenient meals I can take home to make.

Ya know, for every once in a while, this is a solid place to get dinner. Food is crazy-fresh (they put your pizza together in front of you) and it all tastes great. Very friendly staff, too! :)

UPDATE (Feb 2020): Hadn't been here in a while but I still get their text offers. We grabbed a couple $5 friday night specials and thoroughly destroyed those pizzas back at the house. Better than I remember them being.

Bonus - they offered my father a veteran's discount which surprised both of us. You don't usually see that at food service establishments.

Papa Murphy's is amazing take and bake pizza. They use all fresh ingredients. Try the cowboy pizza if you're a meat lover. Try the specialty herb chicken Mediterranean with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. You can't go wrong. It's like having Pizzeria pizza at home! I promise you, you have never had pizza like this, baked in your own oven. I found out you can even freeze them and they cook up great. I was so sad when the one in Farmington closed.

Went there yesterday for 1st time. Clerk was very friendly, and helped me order, since I wasn't sure what they have. Then a young lady made my pizza, and told me how to bake it once I got home. The pizza was delicious. Definately will go there again.

I love their pizza! Ordered online with promo code got 25 percent off. Chose a pickup time and paid online. Walked in and picked up and away I went! I wish the city location wouldn't have closed.

We love eating these pizza's. They use all fresh ingredients and don't skimp on toppings. The sauce and crust as well as everything else is always delicious. Thanks idea of baking it yourself, it's wonderful.

I think this is an awesome way to buy a pizza. I have been using Papa Murphy's now for a few years and never have been disappointed. The Arnold location is great... always ready on time and awesome employees.

This Papa Murphys is the best great service friendly and have never had a bad pizza here my wife and I love the fact we can cook our pizza at our convenience and have a hot fresh pizza on our schedule instead of the typical cold delivery pizza the PM on Telegraph is top notch also

I can't say enough good things about the Arnold Papa Murphy's. The owner is sincere and pleasant to speak to.
Like everyone else, they are suffering from the worker shortage, so hours may be shortened.

Of all pizzas, this comes fresh out of the oven and home and is so easy. Our default pizza place! The garlic sauce is incredible!
