Jefferson County Planning

Had a question about permissable building sizes and another about an electrical permit. The staff was polite, professional and helpful. I thought bureaucracy was supposed to move slow, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Planning and zoning has a history of approving Larry deprects construction jobs off Old sugar creek Hwy 30. even though he has continued to damage people's homes property and cause numerous mud slides. My home was flooded twice the fire Marshal has stated Mr.Debrecht offered to take the Fire Marshall on a fishing charter witch Larry himself owns. He has even stated that it is the 2nd largest fishing charter in Tahiti while the Marshal was inspecting the buildings. the fire Marshal stated that it was unprofessional and requested Mr. Larry leave him to do his inspecting. I wonder how many fishing trips planning and zoning got to pass applications. My lawyer is looking into all records.

Planning and Zoning is incompetent. They say that "industrial" and "community-commercial 2" are the same thing when they are not under Jefferson County zoning codes. They allow for industrial companies and industrial activity to operate on residential property and community-commercial property at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, forcing neighboring homeowners to move because of the noise pollution and waste being dumped close to a subdivision. Homeowners are helpless because the Sheriff's Dept will not enforce the noise ordinance against a business. And yes - it is Eric Larson and Dennis Kehm, Jr. allowing this. Now I see why JeffCo, MO has the poor reputation that government officials are easily bought off. I also see why it became the nation's meth capital. There is little regulation and its leaders seem to have difficulty respecting its own laws and the health and well-being of its tax-paying constituents.

Horrible besides knowing judgement awaiting their actions, they illegally demolished My Building from not issuing permit for demo not properly taking asbestos shingles off or disposal of them or getting permit from EPA,never posted in paper, never contacted Me,lied in leader claiming to use the cheapest bid when 2 bids were lower after the fact I contacted them a week prior to article I have 20 min recording with Eric Larson to prove this!!!
