Lorene is the greatest realtor to have. We explain all of our wants and needs in a home and she worked with us day and sometimes night to make sure we got what we were looking for. Once you work with her she becomes more than just your realtor she becomes a friend.

When it came time to pick a realtor every friend and family member had a sibling, friend, brother, cousin that was a realtor and could help us. While weighing our options we received a very personal and professional hand written letter in the mail. Amber Glass had heard we were getting ready to list soon and decided to send us a letter regarding everything she could provide through Main Key. Wow, I was impressed. We didn’t know Amber or had ever used Main Key before but her eagerness and willing to put the work in to get the job spoke to us! Best. Decision. Ever. Amber not only kept her word and provided every single marketing tool she could think of but went above and beyond when our appraisal came back lower than expected. She not only was able to break down the appraisal finding the errors, send an appeal, and have it adjusted within a few day window. There are not enough good things to say about Mallory! We were given such a run around with our finance company and she was sooooo unbelievably helpful explaining things that weren’t even her job and she was sooo patient with us as we worked our way through, buying a house, selling a house, getting out of the military, moving, and hundreds of other things we had going on at once. She was even SOO kind to my mom who was there with her being our eyes!
