Great neighborhood. This is a clean, affordable, well maintained mobile home park, and conveniently near town. Both the manager and owner are knowledgeable and available to their residents concerns. A+

We have lived here since 2011. Lots of nice families and the neighborhood is kept to a high standard so it IS a neighborhood of homes, not a "trailer park".

It's usually quiet, but once jn a while you'll get a neighbor that just turns this place upside down. Luckily with new owners they evict people who cause such drama and chaos.
