Love this place! Great food and exceptional service! Karaoke on Friday's too. Nothing but great going on there. Highly recommend.

Most authentic spot we’ve been to in the Lou this far. The steak was incredibly well flavored and tender. The enchilada sauces were the best I think we’ve ever had. The hot sauce is actually hot! Lol we ordered a lot of food, 2 pitchers of Cadillac margaritas and 2 shots of typically very expensive tequila…bill as under $100! 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

Food is excellenly prepared and service is outstanding! Salsa is marvelous by the way. They even host karaoke on Friday nights. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic food and well priced! Their chips and salsa alone are dynamite: really light and crispy chips that don't feel like they were sitting around all day, and excellent salsa with the perfect spice level. If you really like spice, ask for the green salsa too: very hot, but soooo tasty and fresh! Their entrees are good portions. Everything is super flavorful and well seasoned; you won't be needing the salt n pepper shakers at all. Even the rice and beans are excellent completely by themselves. Overall, the food is reliably delicious, and their new margaritas are great too. The servers are very nice and do their best to accommodate. This is our new favorite local spot!

I’ve never eaten inside but I Uber food from here very often! I loveeee them! They have good portions, yummy rice, they actually give me chips and salsa with my order. My food is always perfect when I go to casa tequila. When I have to order somewhere else and I just grieve that casa tequila was closed haha

Love casa tequila! Originally we were going to mariscos El gato, but their credit card system was down. We happened to park by casa tequila and decided to try it. It was one of the coldest nights of the year and we were the only table in there. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The price was very budget friendly. Great margaritas and salsa too. Can’t wait to go back.

I was up in Carrollton, two hours from home, helping my dad with some home improvement jobs. My plan had been to wrap things up early and hit a Mexican place on the way home I hadn't tried before.

Didn't work out that way. Hit the road late, all the non-chain restaurants closing. The Casa Tequila info on Google seemed wrong, closing at midnight. Got there about 9 pm and the open light was still on, lots of families still dinning. I asked the gentleman if the kitchen was still open, and he pretty much told me they wouldn't turn away an empty stomach.

The food was great, exactly what I wanted, as authentic of Mexican food as you'll find. Couldn't have asked for a better dinning experience. Thank you very much for your hospitality and great food!

Great place! The inside is awesome and very clean. The server was friendly. The kitchen staff even came out to see if we were enjoying our meal. Their verde salsa is spicy and the burritos are HUGE. Also, prices were fair (borderline cheap). They are waiting for their liquor license, but this place was great even without having a marg to compliment my dinner. Good job.

Food was so delicious. My family of 5 all ordered seafood and it was by far better than the other local seafood restaurants. They have a variety of food. Owner is very friendly as well! We will be back!

Ignore all the bad reviews from a year ago. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months and have always had a wonderful experience. Very authentic food, much better than any of the chains. Lots of dishes you can’t normally find. Staff is always extremely kind and helpful also.

First time here and the street tacos were amazing! We tried the steak, chicken and chorizo, all of which are amazing. The waiter was super nice and we enjoyed the whole experience, we will be back.

Dont sleep on this place...I love my mexican food and when it comes to dishes I will say I'm particular. I came into this establishment with the idea of it being a new place and may not have the kinks worked out. I was wrong this place is great. Greeted with a smiling face fresh chips and salsa (spicy). Ordered Jamaica and cheese dip. Camarones al a diabla and tacos al pastor. The cook came out and asked how hot I wanted the shrimp. I didnt know it was going to be a challenge. They came from the fiery pits of hell and delicious. My only question is why fries? This is a beans and rice kinda meal. Still it was very tasty and inexpensive. I will be coming back with friends

I was BLOWN AWAY by my experience at Casa Tequila. I can't believe I've lived here nearly three years and never tried them out, but I'll be back soon!

I had been wandering Gravois from Christy all the way up to Taft, trying to find lunch on a Sunday--but nearly every restaurant was closed! I was happy to see Casa Tequila open, as I'd been wanting to try their food.

To begin with, their chips and salsa were the best I've ever had! Thin, crispy, salty, fresh chips and perfectly balanced salsa. I had to force myself to slow down, since I'd ordered a shrimp chimichanga, and I was very glad I saved room. The chimichanga was full of shrimp, cheese, peppers, and onions, on a very tasty tortilla. A separate plate came with beans, rice, lettuce, guac, and sour cream.

My server was incredibly efficient, going effortlessly from Spanish to English as he went table to table. Everything came out quickly and tasted fresh.

The restroom was clean and well-stocked, and another part of the restaurant was decorated in advance of a birthday party later that day. There's also an area set up for karaoke. The restaurant stayed steadily busy while I was there, and I see why!

I've read a lot of the reviews, but in my opinion it's a great restaurant I like the service and the food I go there at least once ever 2 weeks. honestly it's always slow but it's nice and quiet!!!

Tried Casa Tequila on Cinco de Mayo. Excellent food, excellent prices (no special pricing for Cinco de Mayo), and fast, friendly staff. The beverages were nice and cold.
