Byrnes Mill

In moving to this area of the country we considered various Mobile Home Communities and think this is the best. Management was very helpful in helping us find the right home and when one of the appliances did not work they sent someone over to help us get it working.
The community itself is very nice. A couple of teenagers helped us to unload the moving truck. People in the community have been friendly and supportive. There is no trash on the ground and the neighborhood looks nice and neat.
Looks like we will be very happy here!

This is a very clean neighborhood that’s beautifully maintained! The management is absolutely stellar. I’ve known the manager for 20+ years and have been shown nothing but respect and care the entire time. Great property for rental pads for homes, fun amenities from a playground to a pool, on top of having a good home selection as well if you’re in the market!
Considering the great care and management of the community and it’s tenants, it’s worth every penny to live in this beautiful community.

A beautiful Mobile home community and great home. I love living here and my 2 teens do as well. The management is great and when you move here you will feel a sense of belonging to a community that cares. They recommended my kids for shop with a cop and I am so thankful and blessed they thought of them. I am thankful I chose to move here close to everything and yet still seems like country living at it's finest.

We just recently moved in. The whole process was great. Bonita was wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond for the community. I have never lived somewhere where the manager is so involved and truly cares like Bonita does. This park is beautiful and quiet. I would recommend anyone moving here.

We have lived here a week and we absolutely love it. The office people are helpful and our neighbors have been threat. The park is kept well, so we are able to enjoy walks with our 2 dogs without worrying what they might pick up. Great experience with no complaints!

I moved here in April 1999. It was one of the nicest parks in the county. It still is. The roads are getting fixed, the pool will be open, again, for the summer and the playground has been repainted. There have been some ups and downs, but overall my neighbors were friendly and the manager now, does her best to be fair and really does care about the neighborhood.

I've lived here for almost two years , the reason I moved here is because of the swimming pool & the immaculate maintained park plus the management was nice, helpful & excited to have us. I love being in a country setting & its also close to the city. The park is strict on maintaining your property which is a huge plus cause it is the most beautiful mobile home community I have ever seen. Its quiet & neighbors are nice.

My family and I have lived here 3.5 yrs and we love it. Bonita and her staff were very friendly and helpful in the process. Our last place got flooded out 12/15 and we a little desperate to find a new home and we have been happy here since then. I feel it gets a little better each year.

Great place to live..I've lived here for four years and I've never had a problem here..Great clean place..It's the best trailer park in Jefferson County by far!!! Management does a great job with everything!! Bonita has been the best manager of this park since Ive lived here!! Keep up the great work!! I've lived here for over 2 years and I have had no issues. We chose Byrnes Mill because it was clean and in a great location. We looked at several mobile home parks in the area and this one was the best. I love living here, it's now my home, not just a temporary resting place. I love the residents here. They are really good people.

The grounds at this community always look nicely kept. The community center is really nice place and I have always loved the landscaping. The landscaping makes it pleasant to see when you come into the entrance. I love the special events that are being held and have even volunteered my time. It was so nice to see the smiles on the kiddos and the adults faces when they came to the events. Great feeling of community thats for sure.

We’ve lived here for 27 years now and this is the best park around. This neighborhood has has some really good people in here , when some of our neighbors have had fire or on need they pull together and each other out. Our Manager does take a lot stuff from some but have to say she is a good manager .

Moved here in July, love it! Bonita, the manager pulled every string possible to make our move as painless as possible. (We moved our home into the park). Love living in the country! Very peaceful, nice neighbors.

Terrific experience from beginning to home. Strong sense of community that looks out for and helps each other. So much more than a typical trailer park, it's a good neighborhood with high standards and amenities for families to interact and connect with one another.

Have only lived here a year and 6 months we absolutely love it. Looked at many other communities before we chose this place to call home it's very nice and well maintained . Would definitely recommend this community to others! Management does their best to keep the community looking as good as it does. Great job Bonita!

We have lived here at BMF for some time now. We also lived here back in 95 I believe. We came back here and purchased a home and happy once again. So twice living here should say something. Our management staff is great. Their tough when they need to be. If not we wouldn’t have one of nicest communities around. There aren’t many out there that are like ours.
The management staff is always trying to organize community functions to bring people together. There’s also a great network of people that can do just about any job you need help with.
Of course there’s always an unhappy camper that complains but mostly because they broke a rule and mad because they were called out on it. That’s anywhere you go. But Byrnesmill Farms is a great community and always has works in progress.
So if you read this and are considering where you want to call home, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Byrnes Mill Farms offers homes at a very affordable price. The community is incredibly well maintained, and the management is like none I've ever seen. They are very caring and go above and beyond to make people feel welcome. The community is very close to the schools and has recreation on site for youth. Byrnes Mill Farms is just a few minutes away from our beautiful Byrnes Mill City Park, where people can enjoy hiking, picnics, a playground, fishing, and City events. It's a place to call home with activities within the community and in the City.

Lovely neighbors, it really is a wonderful place to live. We are like a huge family community. All the neighbors look out for each other and help. The views are spectacular. It is surrounded by farms and ranches. I love it.

We have lived here for a month & it has been the best experience! We were very picky in what we were wanting & the office staff were very patient & fixed everything we asked. Good clean neighborhood. Absolutely no complaints!
