AT&T Store

My in person experience at the store was fantastic. I tried to work out my problems over the phone with att and that service rep was awful. My son suggested we give the local store a try instead of the corporate phone help.
I was incredibly frustrated when I walked in and totally won over when I walked out. Excellent customer support and service.

After a nightmare with Verizon, we had lost hope with cell phone companies. That is, until we entered the AT&T store and met Jacob! He was super friendly, and very quick at getting us all set up with new phones and watches, and new plans. We now have great equipment, and at a discounted price than Verizon offered. If you are looking to switch, go see Jacob! And AT&T should be proud to have him as an employee!

The store manager (Sam) made buying an iPhone and adding a line so easy.
We were politely greeted by Sam and another employee as we entered and all of our questions were answered completely before we made our purchase. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, but we were so thankful for the friendly and professional was we were treated there. We will definitely go back again.

Devon and Matt were amazing. We were able to get all of our new lines set up and upgrade our phones. The process was lengthy but Matt and Devon were patient and kind the entire time. They jumped through all of the hoops as best as they could for us. They truly understand and display fantastic customer service.

Sam was such a pleasure to work with and made sure that my issues were taken care of and also helped me upgrade my phone. Not only is he kind and attentive, but with a beard that great…he is such a ladies man!

Jacob was friendly and very knowledgeable. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I worked with Sam and he was the most knowledgeable and friendly guy. He helped me transfer all my stuff and even let me know I could save money on my TV. Wow! This place rocks I'll be back with my grey sweat pants on! Woohoo! At&t take my money!

We went in and deandre was super friendly and patient. Even when a lady was yelling at him and called him a racial slur in which I had yelled at her about calling him that and he had told her to leave prior to that. And then he still helped her after she said what she said. He was super kind and patient. 10/10 recommend going to this store for my issues. He even helped our plan be cheaper. Just amazing.

Matt and Devin were awesome! Extremely helpful and kind. Willing to go the extra mile to help me. You don’t see that much anymore these days. It was so refreshing to be on the receiving end of individuals that actually wanted to help and took pride in their work.

AT&T High Ridge is the best phone store I have ever been to. Mary was amazing and took great care of me quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. She was very friendly and wanted to help, she asked the right questions to better suit my phone needs.I would highly recommend!

Was hesitant to come into a store but WOW! Sam really knows his stuff and helped me and my wife get set up with a new plan and a killer deal on some accessories. This will be my new go to location and I will continue to work with Sam. This guy offers premium customer service! Give this man a raise.

Sam was the best! Greeted me instantly, immediately went to work on an upgrade, a new line, and 2 watches. He made sure everything was running perfectly. Amazing!

Best service I have received in a phone store! Preston was so helpful and patient, showed me all of my options and helped me chose the best one for me. He was very easy to talk to and made a stressful experience fun!

Matthew is so helpful and was overly patient with my dad who was getting a smart phone for the first time. He took the time to explain everything to us about our bill. I was hoping Matthew would be there when we came in and he did not disappoint.

I want to give a big shout out to this store. Very rarely have I had a good experience with AT&T but the staff in this store were very knowledgeable, polite, and did everything they could for us. It was a friendly atmosphere and we laughed and joked and had a great time getting everything set up. I highly recommend them for your phone service and personal assistance!!!

This is our go-to store. Have always had a great experience and tonight with Matt was no exception. Made the trade-in a breeze, answered all our questions, and saved us a few bucks in the process. We’ve been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Went to get a new phone with my girlfriend. Had the nicest man helping us he’s a mixed race gentleman named Deandre and while I was there there were two separate incidents where one customer was outright racist and another customer was mad at him for helping us first when we were there long before them. Deandre was called a “half breed” to his face and was not only the utmost professional about it but he continued to help the racist women till she was done. Deandre is perhaps the most patient and accommodating person I’ve ever met

Preston was very knowledgeable on setting up my phone, was able to do it quickly and efficiently. He was very clear in his instructions and had a great personality on top of all the other attributes! He is an asset to the company!

Devon and Jake really helped me out. I got a new A13 and they took the time to get everything set up and taken care of. Would recommend this location to anyone.
