Justin is the man! Went in to get a phone replaced and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was he able to help with the phone, but also helped lower our phone bill. He's very kind, respectful, and very honest and upfront. I will no longer be going to any other US Cellular store. Justin has us hooked on the Neosho store for life.

Jaremi W is a class act at the Neosho location. He helped us resolve our issue in a calm, intelligent and professional manner. Customer service is #1 and we appreciate it.

Richelle was totally fantastic!!! She got us the exact phones and colors we wanted, got everything updated, transferred, etc and even stayed past closing time to do it!! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and a better store, so clean and laid out so nicely!! Give that girl a raise for going above and beyond to make sure we had the best plan for the family and the phones were totally ready to go before we left the store no matter what time it was!!! Thank you and we will go there for all our Cellular needs!!

Justin and Richelle have been most helpful getting us set up on their new home internet service. We have tried many services trying to get internet and US Cellular had a good enough download speed to run our business and home internet needs.

I'm a Sr citizen that has now retired. I've been a US cellular customer thru my work for many years. I was going to cancel service since I could not afford to have service on my own. I went into the webb city store where I was greeted by a very pleasant, polite young man named Justin Coffman he explained to me that I could afford cell sevices and even add internet service. He explained about the ACP program that allows me to have both services for less than price of one at another company. I will now be a customer for life. Thanks Justin

Hey! Aaron is personable, listens to your needs, and then says , "let's see what we can do to fix it". Aaron keeps u drawn in while finding a solution. Talking about what he might do. He allows the customer to choose or make their decision with out high pressure sales. Aaron is truly a professional with eye contact, and he dresses well. I feel very comfortable when when working w/ Aaron and I trust him . Because of Aaron , we will remain us customers for a very long time. I think Aaron would make a great teacher to other employees. We have been with US Cellular for 18 years! We really like the customer service and fantastic attention that Aaron gives us! He is helpful in every way from getting us a better deal on unlimited data and a new phone for only a few more dollars a month! Will help you figure out new features on phone🥴

He was very patient with us waiting on info from another company. It was when someone else came in the store and said they hit his vehicle that he went above and beyond to show his customers came first and continued our transaction until completed. Then showed true compassion for the guy that backed into his car. Wonderful experience . Keep up the excellent work William!

Andrew answered every question I had with patience and respect. He was professional but still friendly and welcoming. He made everything so easy and quick. I’d definitely recommend others to do business with him. Overall I had a great experience.

Steven worked with us and was very polite and apologized for the wait because of keeping our old numbers. He was so nice and worked very hard to make sure we kept our numbers because straight talk was being difficult. He was such a pleasure working with. Made everything so easy and explained everything.

Justin Neosho is a stand up guy worked very hard for months to correct my account and stayed on top of all my issues I was having took care of me and my family would even consider any other company after working with him

The younger girl working there was great and professional, only complaint I have is the fat dude that was SLEEPING AND SNORING. Made it hard for myself to be professional cause it was pretty funny. But at the same time it was rude and very hard to communicate with the girl working with me.

I wanted to upgrade my phone Rachel.was a major help getting my.new set up for me Rachel id a very sweet girl.I cant remember the guy that was working there too but he was very nice also he was helping another customer with hers .BTW they both knew their jobs very well!
