Access Family Care Medical Clinic

This clinic got both of my small children im right away when they were sick. The nurses made the whole process easy for my kids. Most clinics won't even let you have an in office appointment if you have a cough! Sabrina was caring and made us feel comfortable. I have recommended Sabrina to everyone I know.

I usually have social anxiety issues and feel weird but these ladies all made this visit amazing and non judgmental. I felt like talking to Sabrina was like talking to a friend in the medical field. I felt comfortable and heard. Definitely be going back

This clinic is absolutely amazing! The medical staff go up and beyond for their patients. The provider Sabrina Barratt will sit down with you and listen. She doesn’t rush the appointment. She truly cares about her patients.

I wanted to leave my personal testimony on this page, because I know Access in Aurora is a top notch team.
I have witnessed first hand the heart that is put into each patients care. This team is driven by a mission to serve others. I have witnessed this team dive head first into a pandemic and has worked tirelessly throughout it. This staff has worked in the 100 degree heat, sleet, snow, and rain to run COVID test for our communities safety. They have spent hours upon hours scheduling COVID vaccines to protect our highest risk patients. The provider, Sabrina Barratt is an amazing example of a healthcare provider who is dedicated to her patients care. Even through her own health battles, she provides EXCELLENT healthcare for our community. This is an amazing team/family.

Great place and great care!

For the past week my pharmacy has been trying to get a RX filled that I've been on for 15 years. I can't even contact anyone at Access. Their professionalism needs addressed.

Could use some work but getting there..
Update: Very pleased with the progress made. It's good to see that it's not immediately Covid testing without testing for other issues first.

If you're trying to make an appointment I just suggest driving over. I'm never able to get an answer on the phone, or a call back. The lack of concern from staff is also astounding.

Do not recommend this place. An older dentist there today, was very traumatic for my daughter, who left crying .. and she's a grown woman.

DO NOT USE this place they put things in a persons file that are untrue. They do not have a patients best interest in mind or heart.
