I frequent this store and everyone is always helpful. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s clearly posted throughout the store about non refundable items, so maybe trust that over bad reviews on Google.

I had never bought a refillable vape, and Arianna helped in every possible way to make sure I had what I needed. She took the time to make sure I understood how it worked, and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. I always have a great customer experience here.

Tanner is very knowledgeable, and customer service was absolutely 💯. Give this dude a raise or a gold star or something! He is a good employee and as a business manager I would do everything in my power to make sure he is taken care of and treated accordingly. Tanner, good job and I will definitely be back strictly because of you my dude!

They have a large selection of devices, juices and disposables. The staff is very knowledgeable about the the products they sail and are happy to answer any questions you have. They are friendly and attentive to their customers. Love this store!
