Logan, Wyatt, and Elijah will definitely make sure that you have what you need either by helping you find it, finding it for you, suggesting what else you may need (in our case, probably...), carrying out, and exchanging because we got the wrong thing the first time. No matter what project is causing us to walk in the door, we walk out feeling better about this journey.

They've got everything. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lower prices, free pallets (some aren't, but most are) and they allow pets.

Our family's been by a couple hundred times. The only thing they haven't had was a corded impact wrench.

The service was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt have to go looking for an employee to find anything they was right there to answer any questions I had. Such a better experience then I have had at the big stores like Lowe's

Kevin on the furniture side went above and beyond to help us pick out our new furniture and has been very helpful over the last few months and answered any questions we've had....so if you are looking for furniture he is the man to see.

I want to brag on not only the store but there manager, I believe his name is Mike he has to be the best manager that Sutherlands has nationwide! There is not a time I have been there that guy is not there you latterly see him there 7 days a week and not just setting around he is working! Hard to find employees like that these days Sutherlands should be proud to have him!

Never a problem with claiming my Vet Discount. Several times I needed help with ideas on how to solve a problem, and the fellows on the floor were good to deal with.

It has changed and for the better, nice layout lots of items to choose from provided your project. Great prices and friendly staff.

Purchased two scoops of top soil, they got right on it and had me loaded, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.
