The Dollar General in Pierce City compared to all three Dollar Generals in Monett is by far the most contentious of their customers needs. What I mean by that is all the way from their manager to her employees they are customer service oriented. Always assists in anyway they can. I believe that there is no need to go into specifics. Customer Service is not what it use to be years ago, but this Dollar General has never lost that talent.

Love going in the store all the workers are nice and friendly always greeting you you need help finding anything they have no problem helping you overall good place to go

It's a dollar general what do you expect... The aisles are very tight at this one, if someone is pushing a cart you practically have to squeeze up against the goods on the shelf to get by. Friendly workers though.

It is very well stocked and easily accessed. The employees treat you kindly and are very helpful and professional. A very good store for our community.

And the whole area this is my favorite Dollar general. The manager's name is Terry and she runs a tight ship it's always a clean store and it's always fully stocked

Love the employees there. Granted the aisles can be a little cramped due to the carts they use for restocking but that's how life rolls.

Pierce City Dollar General is a very friendly store. They help anytime you ask. The store is clean. The prices are reasonable.
