Great place to go grab lunch. After the remodel, ordering is easier with the kiosk and can save you some time here and there. Food has been consistently on the good side lately.

I dine here often and the workers are nice and friendly and I just love it here. The guy who's on lane one in the evening is super nice and friendly

The wait time whether it be drive through or walk-in is ridiculous. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend this McDonalds. If you have a Big Mac attack you are better off going to Aurora where the service is so much faster. So if you have the patience and are in no hurry and feel like wasting the gas while setting in the drive thru line then this is the place for you but if you are out to get breakfast, lunch or dinner and dont want to have to wait around for what could take up thirty minutes or stand at the counter waiting for someone to realize your there so they can take your order my advice don't eat at this restaurant. When it comes to fast food this McDonalds doesn't even begin to compete. By the way if you love McDonald's sweet tea I wouldn't bet that this location has it ready to serve. We have visited here several times just to get sweet tea only to have to let the staff know they were out in the lobby or be told we had to pull into a drive thru slot while they brew the tea. The fries are most generally mediocre warm at best.

I love the sweet tea. And I think the store in Mt Vernon has the absolute best sweet tea. I've gotten some from other McDonald's and they just aren't quite as good as at the Mt Vernon store. It's my treat to myself in the afternoon.

Today they get 5 stars for sure. Trey(not sure how to spell the name) rocked the orders and taking the money & Kim at the food window made the perfect frappe & didn't skip on the whipped cream even though the first can ran out a second too early. Great team!

Sometimes in today's crazy short-staffed working world.. people are tired, overworked and rude. But McDonald's employee's are overly kind, patient and super friendly. Total refresher! Thank you Monett McDonnald's, you have fantastic employees. And, because of them, we will be back.

Deluxe chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very good it almost tastes like Chick-fil-A you guys are doing great keep up the good work

We mostly go thru the drive and the staff are so friendly and as quick as possible (depending on rush hours) We love the "Groovy lady". She makes us smile and almost like family there. We always look forward to seeing her in the drive thru

Went through the drive-thru with a carload of hungry people. Most of us ordered the deluxe quarter-pound burgers. Although there were a lot of other customers at the drive-thru, it didn't take long for us to receive our order. The staff were friendly and efficient, or order was correct, and everyone enjoyed their food. One of the fastest drive-thru experiences I've had anywhere!

The manager tina is kind and she even asked it every thing was alright with the food and I really like that a manager took time to see how r dinner was and the lobby was clean and the service was the best I could ever ask for fast food keep u the hard work tena and

The drive through was pretty fast considering the long line. The employees did not get our order wrong even when we had a complicated order. Very impressed on how this Mcd drive through team work so efficiently.

A great place to eat the food is never cold or dried out fresh fries always. I most definitely recommend this place, that's if you're not a health nut and want to die of a heart attack at a young age LOL.

Friendly atmosphere and a clean store. The employees i spoke too had a smile on their face and were very friendly, they also provided helpful input pn my order and reaasured me that tge coffee i ordered is one of their favorites, which turned out to be quiet good. Thanks to all the staff on shift!

We have been to a few different McDonald's the one in Aurora sucks know but the monett was so good and fresh the food was not made sloppy it was y thanks guys

its very good service here at this location better than hen dumb Cassville who always messed up my order. I'm very pleased with Monett McDonald's
