Been an Autozone customer for many years now. Cassie in House Springs is very nice and just an awesome person in general. Everyone at the House Springs store are great people.

They always seem to have what i'm looking for. Returns are painless as well.

A plethora of auto parts and accessories. Larry was so helpful and kind. He greeted us and helped us with a smile. You could really tell that he enjoys his work. Customer service was excellent and we will definitely return.

Ben was awesome when he helped me replace my headlight bulbs! Thanks so much!

For a brick and mortar auto parts store this place isn't bad... The folks behind the counter know their stuff and if they don't have it they can get it from a sister store usually that day. Next time you need auto parts check them out!!

Tom is AWESOME!
I went around to 3 other places (including Oreilys) to have my bad battery replaced, and Tom helped me so much last minute this evening.
Saturday, April 24th, 2021.
Every other place turned me down, and I wouldn’t have been able to make it to a shop until Monday.

He was super friendly, super fast, and very willing to help me out, and not only that, but he took care of ever customer in the store- fast and efficient.

I’ve never seen someone replace a battery so quick, especially with how complicated the one in my vehicle is placed.
I didn’t even have to twist his arm to replace the battery, he wanted to help me out, and that is very appreciated.

Every time I come to this location the attendants are so helpful and courteous. This time I thought I needed a new fuse for my low beam. RICHARD took a moment to check it out and the fuse was fine, the spring in the bulb had broke. They save me time and money. I always get offered help, I should really just start asking FIRST so I can save even more time!

I had a check engine light on and was very happy with the people and the guy who was busy checking 1 before me and met me with a smile! Thank you!

We went to Auto Zone in House Springs. first time ever. We were waited on quickly. We needed new wiper blades in the pouring down rain and Dillon came to our rescue and put them on for us. We returned on day 2 and purchased seat covers and again Dillon came to our rescue and put them on. He did not have to do it in the heat but he did. All the workers are super nice and caring.l

The female that assisted me was super nice and well knowledged!

Most of the time you can rely on them. Only time I couldn't was because o2 sensor was too short. Took it back. Not a big problem :) always been great to me

Stopped in and bought some plugs and jard plastic exhaust vacuum line. This was the only shop carrying the type vacuum needed for my repair. Service was great.

The manager went above and beyond to fix the wrong oil filter I received excellent customer service I did not catch her name that was very helpful and deserves a 5-star review the world needs more people like her!
