I have been in here many, many times and I have never, ever had a negative experience. Their are people are very helpful and knowledgeable and there is never a long wait.

Very nice always helpful

I needed to return an item, spark plugs, it was no problem. I did my part by having the receipt and the item was exactly like when I purchased them. My concern was I had purchased them several months earlier. And like I said "no problem ".

The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly. Super helpful and saved my butt more than once.

We stopped at the store because our check engine light came on. One of the workers came out and plugged it in and told us the reading. He was very pleasant and even told us the cost of the part but he wasn't pushy.

There on a very, very cold day. Counter associate came outside to run a scan on my check engine light. Very courteous and knew his "stuff"
