Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Fenton

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Drnec is an exceptional above-and-beyond kind of doctor. She provided excellent care throughout my pregnancy and has great bedside manner. She truly cares for her patients. Hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of having. One hundred thumbs up!

I would recommend this clinic, staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Covert was professional, friendly and addressed all my questions and concerns. Amanda, her medical assistant also was very friendly and thourough.

I made an apt for Oct 13th it was rescheduled for Nov 1st I show up today and they want me to reschedule this is 30 minutes out of my way I was a new patient I really give no stars I don't recommend them to anyone.

Just had a wellness exam with the newest doctor in the practice, Dr. Ray Weick - best one I've ever had. Dr. Weick is friendly and took a lot of time to get to know me and my health history.

**EDIT** Dr. Weick has moved on to a leadership position within Mercy but his replacement Dr. Pullam is just as good.

The staff is very unprofessional. I needed paperwork filled out and they lost it. Then sent me a message on their message board which I do not have access to. I told them I didn't receive the message and they said that I did and I responded. So now I wonder who exactly has access to my medical files. This isn't a one time experience...my husband went misdiagnosed for 6 months before we got into a different doctor and he was hospitalized immediately! Strongly do not recommend.

10 minutes late drove an hour away and they had to reschedule my appointment when I got there they were in a meeting for 15 minutes and nobody was at the desk. Appointment time was 820 I got there about 830 nobody was at the desk they didn’t get out of the meeting till nine and then they tell me I am late they were in a meeting till 9 o’clock and nobody was at the desk. But I waited for their meeting I didn’t reschedule or change my plans while they were in a meeting so why do we have to reschedule mine!

My wife and I scheduled to have our new physician appointment together 6 months out. We show up together to find out there was "Scheduling Error" and thats why my wife was denied her new physician appointment after taking off work. Staff says to reschedule her appointment. Youll pay for her time off aswell? Not happening, stay far away.

Sad excuse for customer service!!!! Completely inappropriate and rude.
Seem to treat people with covid-like symptoms like trash.
Refused to look up insurance…
I, along with many friends, will be waiting for new to go again.
Do better !!!!
