Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I get that, but the, "I don't know, can't you look it up?" response from your staff was not appropriate.

Went here today to do a thorough vacuuming of my car. The cost is $1.00 which is very pricey AND after emptying my car of mats and everything, there was absolutely no suction! If you have equipment, Why don't you maintain it properly??!!! (Zero stars)

The 1 person should try to be more alert in the food area and not just stare at you when your waiting.
