Rich's Frozen Custard

Have to say.. it's hard for me to do a review with this much satisfaction buuuuuttt..
I've never personally been this impressed with everything that happened with our experience from the customer service to the food quality for my ice-cream needs!

Great place to get something to eat or a tasty treat. Got the 2 scoop waffle cone. Appreciate that they also put in a cup.

Great food, especially burgers, chicken tenders, and fries. The frozen custard is awesome too! I'd much rather give my money to these folks, who are local and have been around for a while, than the new chain that opened across the street from here.

Teenage workers are always pleasant and never get my order wrong. I order the mini turtle concrete with almonds instead of pecans. It's the perfect proportion of frozen custard to toppings. My only very small con is it gets very busy on weekends and warm evenings so be patient. Its worth the wait!

This place is special. The staff treats you like family. They go that extra step to make your experience great. Lots of smiles and thank yous from the workers. The owner asks you personally if your food was alright and truly thanks you for coming in. Love this place.

I am not sure why the reviews have went downhill. I was there tonight and service was pleasant from the gentleman at the window. The wings were large, crispy, and phenomenal! The cheese curds are crazy good. Yes the food takes some time. So don’t go there if you’re in such a hurry. This isn’t traditional fast food just cause it has a drive thru. I’d rather wait 15 minutes than get food thats been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.

2 yrs ago: Tried the food for the first time today. Great diner style burgers. Chicken is fresh and tender. My 7 yo son has never tried wings before, but he did today and devoured them. Nice and crispy and on par with any non fast food sit down restaurant. Drive through went fast. My only comment is the ranch was a tad sour. I may have just gotten a bad cup.

Terrific Patty melts! Huge portions! Try the fried pickle spears.... delicious!

Just moved into the area so we stop stop for some quick eats..... We got the patty melt and the chicken wings for the first time there and it was pretty good. We loved it! And we had to get some ice cream I went with the Wally's sundae and she got the strawberry cookie and cream concrete, both was awesome! Thank you, will be back!!

We have been to Riches a lot.. Last night we went for dinner. They are closed on the inside because of the pandemic.. So we ask if we could sit at the picnic tables outside. They were so nice about it.. and even brought our food to us, when we were ready for our custard they said just call when your finished eating and we will bring it out so that is doesn't melt... The drive thru was about 12 cars long. But they were moving right along. So wait in the line.. You will NOT be disappointed!!
And... They have the BEST cheeseburgers around!!!!!

The food here is great. I always order the chicken tenders, and they are made-to-order and super fresh! Delicious! Price is good as well!

Eat here atleast once a week. Best wings in town, concrete's and sundaes are amazing, best grilled chicken club I've ever had, they even messed up an order one time and when I called I think it goes to the owners phone and he called the restaurant on 3way and had them fix it and deliver it to me at work since I had gone on my lunch break. Awesome place

Always good food every time I go the girls at work there are super sweet food is a little high but it's never been a disappointment

This is not fast food like McDonald's, but rather real food served as fast as possible. Expect a little bit of a wait at the drive thru, but it is well worth the wait. The food and custard is great. It has become one of my favorite places to eat in Festus.

Great little icecream place. they also are serving food now. lots of mix-in choices for the custards

Rich's is a tiny, local establishment staffed by friendly smiling people. The custard we had was great, the service was fast, courteous, and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I have heard a lot of recommendations for the new D's frozen custard but we couldn't get them to come to the window to take our order, so we checked to see if the new location of Rich's was open yet. Their customer service is welcoming and friendly. And the custard was amazing! 🍧 I have never had a turtle sundae that had that much fudge, caramel, and pecans! My husband's banana split was Donald Trump HUGE! Rich's is still my favorite place for custard!! Thanks for coming back!!😁

Best food for money! Burgers are flavorful and are better than homemade, my chicken sandwich was cooked to order too.

Food was great Awesome onion rings we both had burgers they were great we’ve been holding out going because we felt like that thinks it got expensive but everywhere is expensive but it was great Food hope to keep him in business he’s a great guy tried again see how you like it we did we love it
