Latwanya is our “go to” kitchen designer at Hoods, 9009 Natural Bridge. We have worked with her on several kitchen projects, for our apartment rentals. She never ceases to amaze us with her creativity. Her product knowledge is impressive. She is very personable and professional. She’s genuinely interested in our Hoods kitchen design experience. It had been a while since the last time I've been to Hoods. Was satisfied with the service I received then even more satisfied with the service I received now. Stopped in yesterday looking for this particular seeming tape I bought here years ago. A worker who I know now to be named Candice had just walked in the door with what looked to be her lunch . I know this because I walked in right behind her. I bring this up because she took her bags behind the counter but in the process spotted me looking bewildered. She left what she was doing and came to assist me. I explained the situation to her, she showed me what they have that was comparable to what I was looking for. She even took me to the counter and showed me a open roll of the tape so that I was able to examine it to see it was what I was liking for. Same product differing manufacturer. I bought a roll told Candice if it works I'll be back. Low and behold it worked. I came back, and even had the pleasure of being waited on by Candice again .I forgot to mention that the price was lower than what I expected to pay. Keep up the great customer service!!!! 👍🏽 Thanks again Candice.

The Hoods store on Natural Bridge was nothing less than professional, and working with kitchen design expert Holly was over and above any help from any other businesses I consulted about kitchen design, the time we spent gathering samples of floor, backsplash, countertops and cabinet color and styles to compliment each other, and then placing the cabinets in exactly the right order to make the layout the most practical to meet my needs, and I can't say any less from any other Hoods team member I had dealings with from the business counter to the staff loading my truck, so I feel confident that the delivery of my new cabinets and countertop installation will be performed with the same professional standards I received at the store. Fall 2022, I went to Hood's because I was remodeling my kitchen. Let me say it was the smartest move I made in the entire process. They had just what I needed, their prices were fabulous compared to their competition, the kitchen designer was wonderful, and their overall service was outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend you check out Hood's for your home improvement needs.

We just had our second major purchase (new kitchen cabinets and counter tops) from Hoods and it was a wonderful experience once again! The kitchen design specialists are friendly and knowledgeable and the order was filled promptly and accurately. Highly recommend Hoods!

This is a discount/buyout store which means they do not always stock things all the time. Staff is attentive even when they are very busy. Prices aren't always the lowest but are generally discounted to a fair price. Flooring and particularly carpet squares they have good deals and a large selection. When thinking of remodeling not a bad idea to check them out early in your planning or material gathering.

We have had the best customer service ever with Hoods. We were installing a bathroom ourselves and they helped us with our order. When we had a problem with the cabinet top on the cabinet we purchased, their help was tremendous . After sending pictures per email, We were able to find another cabinet. They worked hard to find us one even in their other stores. Everything was seamless and we were never stressed worrying that something would not be taken care of. I can honestly say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Very nice! Friendly staff. It's a huge warehouse very well designed! They're very clean with many options! Outside you will find the deals and inside They're somewhat pricy! I bought a sink for 4 dollars amd could have had a tub shape sink for 25.00 both were without a base and hardware..It is 180° change from the original Hoods I know from long ago! It was a warehouse of overstock basically and things were not to expensive!

The customer service was excellent. No high pressure but very helpful. It's a candy store for building DIYer's. Prices seem very fair. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was helped by a man named Mason. Very helpful n attentive. I was looking for flooring for 2 rooms. Found a really nice one for a fantastic price. Mason kind enough to help me figure how many boxes I'd need and the total cost before tax. If you're looking for GREAT customer service and GREAT prices, this Hood's is definitely the place. Make sure to ask for Mason.

Great place to purchase home improvement material

Staff are very helpful here; besides your usual home improvement items (bathroom vanities, cabinets, etc.), Hoods stocks a lot of interesting, more unique options. Quality is excellent, pricing is always reasonable, but sometimes you can get a real steal. Hoods is my first choice when doing home repairs, renovations or upgrades.

Not surprised to find good value, but happy to discover great customer service! So much more helpful and consultative than HD or the other big box stores. Latwana and Josh helped with cabinet layout and they kept me from making mistakes.

Holly in kitchen design was awesome! Very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell us, just helped us get what we want for a great price! Our kitchen cabinets were $4k less here than 3 others had quoted us for.

Got exactly the type of floor for my kitchen that I wanted. Water proof, high traffic and as scratch resistant as ceramic tile without the tile.
Love the free design staff. Helped me answer questions I didn't know I needed to ask. Got a printed copy of my new kitchen with it's new cabinets. No guessing approximate sizes and trying to make them fit. Got exactly the right sizes.
Paid at the register. Load and go. Incredibly easy and painless. Soooooo much easier than the orange or blue hardware stores.
