After being in an accident, Schaefer did a great job fixing a front headlight, the hood, fender, etc. My car now looks good as new. The office staff was very helpful when I needed to get into the car for items left in it. Very pleased with the service I received from everyone at Schaefer.

Came here to replace a damaged bumper after a fender bender. Everyone here was friendly and professional. They provided timely updates on my vehicle’s work and the progress being made. Scheduling a rental car was easier than I could have imagine with the Enterprise located right next door. The lobby/waiting area was clean and well kept. Overall this place treated me and my car exceptionally well, I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto work!

I brought my car to Schaefer after I was hit head on by an SUV. My front driver's side crumpled. The headlight was shattered and the turn signal was gone. I picked it up today and it looked brand new. Really pleased with the repair. Great service all the way through, frequent communication and updates.

Greatest experience at an auto body shop I have ever had. They did a great job and finished the car when they said they would. They were great at updating me on the progress. When I picked it up it was cleaner than when I bought it! Great job and highly recommend.

I crashed my vehicle a few months back. The whole front of my van was destroyed. Now it looks brand new! I had kept forgetting to write a review but I knew I had to write one. The service I received here was phenomenal! They were very attentive and fair though the whole process. The front desk receptionist Theresa and I believe it was someone else as well were so kind. If i were to need to these services again which I hope not for a crash I would definitely come here again!
