My 2 year old son was placed under anesthesia for crowns and fillings. The staff is amazing and answers any and all questions or concerns with empathy and understanding. Friendly and great with making your kiddos feel comfortable and at ease as well. If you get Carrigan as your anesthesia nurse, she is awesome! I was very scared and anxious but when we arrived, my concerns were heard and addressed in a positive manner. I highly recommend Upward Smiles for your kiddos!

They've been more than accommodating for my Autistic son. We've been going here since he was 1 year old and it has always been that way. Great set of staff 👏

Awesome place if you have kids that don't like going to the dentist. My girls have no problem going at all. And that's even after an extraction. You all are Fantastic!

I was greatly impressed at the patience and professionalism of the hygienists that seen my 2 kiddos! They were patient and caring. They took the time with both kiddos - 4 1/2 year old and 2 1/2 year old - to make sure they were not scared. Cannot say enough good things! Very impressed and a very happy mama ☺

Just an all around amazing time. They all treated my beautiful girl like a princess and got us in and out quickly. love this place!!!!!!!!!!

They always treat my kids as if they are their own! They make them feel special and they do awesome work. Scheduling is a breeze and they actually call you back for earlier appointments!

Dr. was excellent. She made my grandson feel comfortable and safe so he did well.

We love seeing Dr. Gwen and Josie, they are fantastic team! Dr. Gwen is very knowledgeable and both ladies always make us feel very comfortable. They are very kind and gentle with the children and always say silly things or tell silly jokes to ease the kiddos. I especially like that they explain exactly what is going to happen so the children understand and sometimes show them the tools they use so that the kids are not afraid. I really could go on and on about how wonderful Dr. Gwen and Josie are...I very much appreciate them. Keep smiling!😁🦷

This office is wonderful. I have two children with Autism, they have a lot of sensory issues so dental visits can be extremely stressful. The hygienist was so patient, calm and understanding with my kids. She listen to me and made some good suggestions. The dentist was great as well. All around good experience. Thank you for being patient with us!

We had Gwen and Josie and they were absolutely wonderful with my little guy. He was so scared and they were so patient with him and walked him through everything. They were able to get him through it and he is not scared of the dentist anymore. I couldn’t be more thankful for them!

They do a great job, Always enjoy seeing them.
They work well with our autistic boy and know just how to make him enjoy going to the dentist.

Amazing, my girls simply love going to the Dentist. I am able to get appointments and accommodations that work for me with two active girls at same time!! 6 year molars in and cleaning and sealants all in the same day clean faculty even with the high volume you feel your child’s needs are important and the Dentist and Assistant treat you as you should be treated in a professional manner.

My daughter has been going here for a couple years. She has received cleaning and caps. Unfortunately she had to be sedated for the caps and the rest of the cleaning because of her high anxiety and disability but they were VERY understandable and very thorough with everything and communicate with parents to make everyone on the same page. Everyone upstairs at the sedation station is just as amazing and beyond helpful! This dentist works with well with all kids or they accommodate as much as possible. They’re simply amazing!

This place is amazing! All the ladies are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything from a cleaning to fillings were explained to me in detail before and through follow up. One of the ladies even held my sons hand before because he was scared during a procedure. They truly go above what they have to and put the patients AND parents at ease! They are extremely caring people and make you feel comfortable. My children actually LIKE going to the dentist because the ladies make it a fun and easy experience. There have been several times where my children were given prizes also for being great patients. The rooms are themed with Dr Seuss and are appealing to children and young adults. We couldn’t ask for a better group of talented, knowledgeable and caring individuals to take care of our children’s dental needs.

The staff are all very patient and friendly. Our son is on the spectrum and they made him feel so comfortable .

Dr. Gwen is the absolute best. She serves mg children with patience, love, and talks them through every step of the way. My 4 your old son had to get a crown today, and with a minor hiccup with it, she was so sweet and loving with him as he got scared and tired. Recommend her 100%!

All around great experience for my (10) year old daughter & myself! Everyone in the office is so sweet. Quick to get you back for your appointment & even got my daughter right back in later that day for some dental work needed!

My daughter (8) was very nervous about having a filling done. The dental asst was very sweet and patient with her. My daughter also said the dentist and the assistant made her feel very comfortable! It was a very good experience!!

Took my 2.5 year old son here to have dental work done. We opted in to be on stand by if they had any cancellations, Evelyn kept up with us and made sure we got in as soon as possible!! She is so sweet and has such a down to earth demeanor. Very thankful for her getting us in and also checking in with us. All of the staff were so nice and my son is usually afraid to go around strangers and we had no problems with him going back with them! We will be coming back!
