I had a great experience with Nick & Jeannie. Both are extremely knowledgeable and made my home buying experience very smooth. Nick reached out periodically to make sure any and all of my concerns/questions were addressed. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone buying or selling a home to use him or his team.

Our agent, Jeannie, went above and beyond to get us into our dream home. There were challenges we faced throughout the process and she handled every one of them with extreme professionalism and exceeded every expectation. We had a couple questions early on in the sale.
We live in RI and are selling a piece of real estate in Missouri that we had intended to flip… and we never got back…

The Missouri sales contracts are different than RI. We need to check our understanding of the wording. The realitor was kind we:
- Got complete and honest answers to all our questions.
- They set the expectation and did not disappoint!
- The realtors got us the price we wanted within days after listing it.

Our agent, Charlene Brown was the best!!! She knows the value of a property, she does great pictures and writes a wonderful description. She suggested we list it for much more than we thought and it was sold over asking price in less than 48 hours and closed in under a month. She’s definitely our agent from here on out. In fact she’s already written another offer for us.

Traci Palmero has been my real estate agent since 2018. Buying and Selling, I've had a total of 6 transactions with her. She is very good at her job! She's fun, friendly, and explains things clearly. She always has a great attitude and I have recommended her to my friends and anytime someone mentions realtor, buying a home, or selling a home anywhere in my hearing.

Rhonda and Jerry Overberg are two of the best, hardest working people i know! I worked with them for several years. You can't ask for better all around people!

Jeannie and her team were outstanding. I truly believe this purchase would not have occurred if it wasn't for her. The seller was a bit difficult to work with but with Jeannie's persistence and knowledge, we were able to make the purchase. She helped with obtaining lenders and a survey company and was able to close by the end of the year like the owner wanted even after a number of delays caused by the owner.

Marcia Wilson was very patient with us and taught us alot about houses and the process that once we got a feel for the experience we knew we were in good hands. I would not go with anyone else or a differnt company if we were ever in the market for a house again.
