Tesson Ferry Firestone impressed me. They are right on top of it. I have had nail/screws in my tire multiple times. No matter where I went, it was 'we cannot repair this, it needs to be replaced.'. Imagine my surprise when I was informed they could repair it this time. In addition, my other 2 tires needed replaced, I knew this, Jacob called around to get me 2 of a discontinued tire that was much more inexpensive than the ones which were readily available. He did not have to do that. I could not be happier.

Per usual, easy to get an appointment to stay and wait for work done, Honest recommendations of work that needs to be done, no problem, applying discounts and coupons to each service, friendly, and kind, great quality of work and in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price

Routinely polite, prompt service. Can get me in for a tire emergency or worn out wiper blades on very little notice. They explain their recommendations well for bigger service, and they tell me when an issue is something they don’t handle.

They were able to get me in quickly and inspect my brakes to let me know their condition and when I should look into getting things replaced. Very clean & professional location and their website has lots of promos & coupons. I will be using their services again!

This is the best place that I have gone to since moving to STL. They don’t try to upsell me without reason. I had some bad spark plugs and they told me what I could buy to make my car last longer, and actually explained how things work in my car. I’d recommend them to anyone!

The manager, Scott was very friendly! They were so busy and he wasn’t sure if he was going to get to us that day but he was able to get our tire changed in just a couple of hours since we needed to get to a wedding! He even offered us a water while we were waiting

Was told I needed new brakes by another auto repair business. Went to Firestone to have the work done. After an inspection, I was told my brakes are still in good shape!. They cleaned them and sent me on my
vway. I will go back, as they proved they are honest!!

Alan and Dillon went above and beyond for me and my family during a particularly difficult time for us. They made sure our car was safe, made good recommendations on next items that need to be addressed and got us back on the road the very same day. Thank you both for being the exception.

This place was fabulous. They got me in right away which was amazing in itself. They were professional and honest. Found a coupon I could use and when the car repair was complete it felt like I was driving a new car! I have Firestones closer to work and home but will travel back to this location for the fabulous service of the sales staff and the mechanics!

I was remembered from a previous visit, which to me, means I was seen as a person, not just a potential sale.
I was shown the problem with my tire and explained the need for replacement vs repair.
My time was valued and I was in and out quickly.
Alen was professional and courteous...I don't want to need new tires but when I do, I'll be returning here.
