Clean place , clean quiet machines , restroom Clean, price is ok , get the soap dispenser fixed. The DexterApp worked good on MY internet. Will return !

Best laundromat there is!! Stacey is so friendly and she keeps the place clean. I’ve been to many spots and this one tops them all I drive 15 minutes to go here because it’s a air conditioned, clean, and friendly place with machines always working. They are pricey but worth it!

I want to take the time to give much deserved recognition to Wash City on Jeffco in Arnold Mo. The entire facility was immaculate! Every machine looked like I was the very first customer to use them!! Thank you Josh and Wash City!! See you next time!!

Came here to wash my comforter. Cost me $9.50. I used the heavy duty washer. Clean machines. Quiet atmosphere. Would def come here again.

Stacey was fantastic. I dropped off over 30lbs of laundry today and she had it done in a couple hours. Great customer service and a sweet lady. Thanks again! I will be back!

Stacy at the Arnold store is so courteous and friendly every week when I drop off my linens from work. She’s pleasant and has even helped me when I couldn’t load and unload my bag due to an injury. So glad she is at the Arnold location.

They have actually updated the washers and dryers! You can now use an app to pay and watch the time left on the app. Or you use quarters.

I love this place. The employees are so nice and always willing to help! I have two littles with me, one of which loves to escape out of the stroller. My 2 year old. They have never once given me bad comments like "can't you contain him??" Like you would normally get. I love it!! Like every place you will have out of order washers and you can't control rude people that come in, but can do your best to give great service and be attentive. They have achieved that.

This place has always been clean and comfortable to go to, which is why I drive several miles. After today, I don’t care how far away I am, I a loyal patron. They are really friendly and beyond helpful. Go out of your way to come here…… it’s months later since I first posted and this place has never changed. My best review is that this place is constantly good. Consistency is beyond comforting.

Absolutely nice folks. Dropped off my laundry, got a text from Stacey when it was done. Very easy. They got some huge washers and dryers there. Looks squeaky clean.

Always plenty of washers and dryers. Nice people. I love the automatic opening door that opens for me at the entrance because my arms are always full. Very helpful!

I stopped in here and washed a few loads. The machines were great. I think only 1 machine in the whole place was “out of order”. The lady working today was super friendly and helpful!

I absolutely love this place. The lady that took care of me and my clothes was extremely nice and funny. I really appreciated everything I will definitely be back! I used the drop off service and I dropped off over 5 heavy duty bags of laundry and she finished within 3hrs. Superhuman! Again thank you and I will definitely be back!

I went in over the weekend and it was very clean. I visited also three months ago from out of state and it looked super clean then also. The facility is consistent. I have never seen any washer or dryer out of service.

Stacey is an extremely helpful and kind soul that provides excellent service for a good price in a nice clean environment. If one needs this service I'd strongly recommend wash city

Nice Landromat which can be very challenging to find. Machines were clean and worked great. The female attendant was very nice and helpful.

Super clean wash city has friendly family safe place to get all my laundry done in just a f ew hours. It’s a super cool place nearby is imos. While waiting for clothes to wash/dry I was able to grab a bite to eat. Stacey is very kind and caring she is the nicest staff I have ever met while doing my laundry at any laundry mat, that’s why I come here biweekly . Stacey really does care for her friends at the laundry mat and always has the best advice to keeping my clothes nice & clean.Definitely highly recommend!

So many different size washers to choose from! I washed two giant loads of laundry and dried them for under $20 and under one hour.

This is the best laundromat! It has a sliding door in the front for accessibility and lots of washer options and dryers. You can even play around with claw games and what not while doing your laundry. Stacey is all around awesome, and she works hard every day. :) I feel well taken care of here.
