Festus Smile Center is by far the best dental office I have ever
used. Dr Michelle is the nicest, kindest person And she is a great dentist, with gentle hands.
The hygienists are amazing, kind and with gentle hands!
The ladies in the office are so
friendly and
welcoming. They are eager to help with whatever needs you have.
The entire office
is very professional, my husband feels exactly the same.
We always
recommend this dental office!

They have been so kind, gentle, and just over all helpful. I’ve never been a big fan of dentists. But Dr. Ogonowski has seriously changed that. Her and the ladies at the office just really have changed my smile, and made me like it as well as the dentist!

This place is just Amazing!! My poor baby girl had to a total of 8 teeth pulled in two separate sessions. Two of those teeth had some incredible sized roots on them and they went above and beyond to see she was comfortable and supported through the whole procedure. This entire staff is truly incredible!! Thank you all for being so kind and caring to your patients ☺☺☺.

I am a new patient, and have been blown away at the quality care that I have received by Festus Smile Center. Your appointments are always on time! You can tell from the time you walk in that everyone that works there loves their job. It radiates! They walk you through every step of your dental procedure before you even begin. As I watch the technicians sanitize everything that was even coming near my mouth. At one point the technician left the room to go get something and put on a fresh set of gloves once she reentered. I was so impressed. I will be a forever patient. Well done ladies... and gentlemen:-)

I’m currently a dental assistant myself and Dr. Chris and Hannah were amazing throughout my root canal procedure. They even took images of the tooth for me to see before they completed the procedure knowing I would be interested in it. Dr. Chris is an amazing dentist and I can't begin to describe how much my family appreciates all his hard work! The staff there are all so compassionate and treat you like family, we love them all. Truthfully we have not had a single negative experience. We are beyond greatful for all these amazing people.

I have major severe anxiety when it comes to dentists due to trauma and bad experiences. Most dentists pawn me off to sedation dentistry before even seeing me. The ENTIRE staff at Festus Smile Center was fantastic
They worked through my anxiety and were super attentive to my neck and back injuries. They weren't pushy and very honest. Thankfully I didn't need any dental work done but while I still will be anxious, I found the place that will make me comfortable enough to go back.

I took my 3 year old for her first dental appointment and the staff is truly amazing! I knew they were great with adults but seeing them with kids was even better. Wendy showed my daughter every tool and had fun names for them etc. Dr. Chris kept it fun, counted teeth with her, and made her a glove balloon! Festus Smile Center is like a breath of fresh air. The staff is not only very friendly but also very efficient.
Dr Chris Koechner was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail. No one likes going to the dentist but having a staff and dentist like Festus Smile Center makes for a pleasing experience.
